Secret Thoughts is likely to appreciate going up in distance, being out of an Irish Oaks winner, while Fanny Logan won comfortably at Wetherby last month and is respected stepping up in class.

ANGEL ALEXANDER showed plenty of speed when finishing second in a novice contest at Wolverhampton in November, with a pair of subsequent winners immediately in behind, and is interesting from a low draw on his handicap bow. Top Breeze has been raised 6lb for scoring over 6f at Newmarket three weeks ago and should be keeping on strongly late in the day, though the progressive Leodis Dream, a recent winner at Sandown, is feared most.

Mons Star shaped with promise when fourth on his debut at Newmarket and is expected to take a step forward, while Artistic Streak is likely to benefit from stretching out in trip.

Cosmic Law was third in Listed company at York last autumn and deserves respect making his handicap debut, while Chapelli hasn't been beaten far in any of her three starts so far this season and could put up another bold showing under Franny Norton. Finoah has plenty of early speed, but this can go to class dropper PASS THE GIN. Third at Sandown 12 days ago, Andrew Balding's charge was progressive last season and has a C&D success to her name.
