The son of Declaration Of War has to be respected but he faces a very different task over this straight six furlongs. WELL OF WISDOM accounted for a useful field when winning on his first start at Newmarket last month and the way he finished on that occasion suggests this extra furlong will suit. Fort Myers was successful at Dundalk just over three weeks ago but that form has not worked out very well and Aidan O'Brien may be using him to test the English juvenile form prior to Royal Ascot, although the yard did win this race 12 months ago. Al Shaqab usually send one of their better juveniles to this race, winning it in 2017 and 2016, which makes Toro Strike one to note on his debut.

The daughter of Shamardal should appreciate the step up in trip and she remains open to further improvement. Lavender's Blue looks to have a bright future based on her debut win at Newmarket, while Sh Boom and Star Catcher complete the shortlist.
