LOOK OUT LOUIS has improved with every start this year and he arrives here on the back of a win in a 20-runner handicap at Thirsk two weeks ago. Tim Easterby's gelding has been raised 6lb in the ratings for that victory and he is hard to oppose once again. With Caution displayed plenty of ability on the all-weather earlier in the year and she will be a player if transferring that form to turf, while Golden Force and Glorious Charmer complete the shortlist.

Perfect Rose displayed plenty of promise when finishing third on her debut over 5f at Kempton in early April and she should put her experience to good use this afternoon. That said, a chance can be taken with BYZANTIA, who is from the first crop of the Derby and Arc winner Golden Horn. This filly represents the same connections as her sire and she is out of a mare who won a Listed race as juvenile, which suggests that she could be sharp enough for this test. Sacred Dance cost 650,000gns as a yearling and she is a half-sister to the dual Listed winner Awesometank, while Rhea and Zmile are other interesting newcomers.

Conga made a winning debut here in September but, despite running well enough, her defeat over C&D last time out suggests that she is vulnerable under a penalty. NONCHALANCE made a very eye-catching debut at Wolverhampton earlier in the month, where she overcame greenness and trouble in running to finish a never-nearer fourth. The daughter of Dubawi should be more streetwise this afternoon and she could be hard to beat. Infuse made the frame over this track and trip last time out and she should be in the mix once again, while Casting Spells and Regal Lilly are both debutants who merit a market inspection.

Jaleel ran creditably on his reappearance at Lingfield earlier this month, without suggesting that he would be one of Roger Varian's superstars this season. It might take a good one to defy SWANSDOWN, who was Luca Cumani's last ever runner in November. The three-year-old has since joined William Haggas, and could have more to offer now upped slightly in trip and returned to grass.
