Everything points to a massive run from FRENCH MIX, who impressively notched an all-weather double earlier this year and she ran well, finishing runner-up, on her only previous visit here. Grandscape disappointed over 1m6f at Chelmsford last time but he can be given another chance cutting back in trip under Sophie Smith, who has a fine record aboard the four-year-old. Majestic Moon, Ban Shoof and Rakematiz are others to note.
Prediction : 1st French Mix 2nd Grandscape 3rd Majestic Moon

DARK KRIS should be all the wiser for the experience gained when fifth on debut at Salisbury last month and is expected to take a forward step now granted this additional furlong. Gobi Sunset appears to be improving between outings and is expected to take closer order, though there are some interesting newcomers in the line-up who could put up more resistance. Archie Watson's 125,000-euro breeze-up recruit Guildsman is feared most.
Prediction : 1st Dark Kris 2nd Guildsman 3rd Gobi Sunset

Spanish Star got the better of Atalanta's Boy in an enthralling finish to a course and distance handicap last month, only for the placings to be reversed in the stewards' room. Both appear to have leading claims once again arriving in good form. However, preference is for LETHAL ANGEL, who rattled the crossbar at Newmarket last time and is just 1lb higher with Oisin Murphy taking over in the saddle. Seprani, third in that encounter, is also respected.
Prediction : 1st Lethal Angel 2nd Spanish Star 3rd Atalantas Boy

Puds has been very consistent in 2019 and remains on the same mark back against her own sex after her second to Lake Volta over C&D a fortnight ago. Lufricia finished last in Listed company on her most recent outing at Chelmsford and can put that effort behind her on handicap debut, but the vote goes to AIM POWER. Richard Hannon's filly boasts some smart form at this distance and was dropped 3lb for her return at Nottingham.
Prediction : 1st Aim Power 2nd Lufricia 3rd Puds

CARP KID wasn't disgraced off this mark when fifth at Newbury latest and is well worth another chance given he had Kirkland Forever (second) and Cacophonous (fourth) behind when scoring comfortably at Chepstow two starts back. The booking of Oisin Murphy is a big positive and he could have more to offer over this trip. Kirkland Forever is a model of consistency and is feared most, while Famous Dynasty is on a workable mark and boasts place claims.
Prediction : 1st Carp Kid 2nd Kirkland Forever 3rd Cacophonous

BE MORE improved from her racecourse bow at Newmarket last September when finishing a neck second at Wetherby last month, and the daughter of Shamardal is likely to progress for the step up to a mile. Clarion is another expected to relish the extra furlong based on her debut fourth on the Rowley Mile last month, while Fabulist and Society Guest appear best of the remainder.
Prediction : 1st Be More 2nd Clarion 3rd Fabulist
