ROYAL COURT is a little more exposed than most of these but his Tipperary third six days ago probably sets the form standard and he looks poised to go close now stepped up in distance to 7f. Joseph O'Brien's charge can prove too strong for Small Town Boy, who has shown flashes of potential in four career starts for John McConnell, including when second of 16 at big odds back in April. Newcomer Zaamar is the unknown quantity in the race and requires a market check.
Prediction : 1st Royal Court 2nd Small Town Boy 3rd Zaamar

GLOW WORM has some solid placed form in the book for Jack Davison having failed to finish outside the first three in her career so far, and looks ready to shed the maiden tag now trying 7f for the first time. The Epaulette filly stayed on well at the Curragh in a stronger affair 16 days ago and looks set to account for Voice Of Hope, who showed ability when fourth on debut at Listowel earlier this month. Gunmetal Jack looks best of the newcomers.
Prediction : 1st Glow Worm 2nd Voice Of Hope 3rd Gunmetal Jack

Procurator looked one-paced at Gowran Park last month but did well to finish fifth of 16 in a competitive heat, while Althib was just behind in sixth that day and the blinkers that were fitted there are left off this time. It might be worth taking a chance on HARRY SPEED, who impressed when third after hitting plenty of trouble at Listowel earlier this month. The six-year-old can land one of these before the end of the summer off his low mark of 43.
Prediction : 1st Harry Speed 2nd Procurator 3rd Althib

TIO ESTEBAN was unable to land a blow at the Curragh over 6f on his most recent outing when down the field. However, his effort the time before when second over this distance at Cork would give him every chance of getting off the mark. Kudbegood has been very consistent on his last few starts and is entitled to go close once again, while Amazing One and Keep Believing appear best of the remainder.
Prediction : 1st Tio Esteban 2nd Kudbegood 3rd Amazing One

LANCASTRIA improved plenty from his racecourse debut when runner-up at Killarney last month and the son of Cape Cross has been found a decent opportunity to go one better. Maria Christina has shown a good level of form in two outings and is likely to be suited by the extra yardage on this occasion, while Recent Revelations and Formal Order appear to have further progression to come.
Prediction : 1st Lancastria 2nd Maria Christina 3rd Recent Revelations

BERCASA left a favourable impression on her last run in this sphere, winning comfortably over this trip at Leopardstown in May, and with a solid hurdles run under her belt at Ballinrobe subsequently, Thomas Mullins' filly could feasibly take a rise in the ratings in her stride. The unexposed Heliac opened her account in a Cork maiden recently and is feared most on her handicap bow, though last-time-out Curragh winner Latchet, sporting first-time blinkers, could also figure.
Prediction : 1st Bercasa 2nd Heliac 3rd Latchet

OLYMPIC HONOUR was touched off by a neck over the extended 1m1f at Gowran last week and could feasibly improve on that effort now granted this extra yardage. The main danger may be Lyrical Attraction, who bolted up over this trip at Cork last month and has returned in rude health this year. Insane Bolt and Red Gerry both posted solid last-time-out efforts at Gowran and Navan respectively and are others to bear in mind.
Prediction : 1st Olympic Honour 2nd Lyrical Attraction 3rd Insane Bolt

A C&D winner in September, GREENPANDA is expected to step up on her reappearance effort over the extended 1m1f at Gowran last week and improve for this stiffer test. Prize Winner steps up in trip after keeping on for fifth over 1m2f at Fairyhouse and has place possibilities, while Danehill Quest turned in an improved performance when second over the extended 1m4f at Tipperary recently and should remain competitive off this 2lb higher perch.
Prediction : 1st Greenpanda 2nd Prize Winner 3rd Danehill Quest
