After filling the runner-up berth in all three qualifying runs, Tom Dascombe's charge ran well for a long way in a hot contest at Chester on her handicap debut and should find this an easier assignment. All-weather winner Fen Breeze is interesting dropping from Listed class for her first start in the handicap ranks.

SWINLEY boasts the best form of the trio with previous experience as he gave a good account of himself when fourth at Goodwood last month, shaping as though this drop to 5f would suit and he can build on that introduction today. That said, he may need to if he's to see of the challenge of newcomers Dark Silver, who cost 240,000 euros and represents Ed Walker's first juvenile runner of the year, and Richard Hannon's pair of Fantom Force and Hard Nut.

FAR ABOVE created a favourable impression when making a winning debut in a 7f maiden at Newmarket, before contesting a Listed event over that same C&D. He didn't settle very well that day so should appreciate the drop to 6f here and can make the most of this drop in class. Crantock Bay gets 7lb off the selection and showed enough in three starts last year to suggest he could be a threat if fully wound up for his reappearance, while Johnny Reb has returned with two good efforts in defeat this year and could also make good use of the weight he gets from the selection.

Harry Hurricane has been knocking hard on the door and it would be no surprise to see him let in today, but BLUE DE VEGA returned to form with a half-length third in the Epsom Dash at the start of the month and a repeat performance off a 1lb higher mark should suffice as he drops in class today. Ice Age went close in a similar event at Ripon last week and contends on that form.

GET BACK GET BACK didn't get the clearest of runs when bidding to defy a 5lb rise for his Doncaster success at Epsom on Derby Day but caught the eye staying on for fourth and, with that form boosted by the third winning since, he looks worth another chance here. You're Hired has run some nice races in defeat of late and looks a danger along with Global Art, who has claims on his all-weather form.

This looks a good opportunity for QARASU to build on two good efforts in defeat so far, including when returning with a fine third over this trip at Nottingham on his seasonal debut in a race that is working out extremely well. Roger Charlton's colt is fancied to come on for that run and open his account at the third attempt, possibly at the main expense of Desert Son and Wild Animal.

REMEMBERING YOU relished the step to a mile when opening her account at Wetherby last time out and although she has a 5lb rise to contend with here, Clive Cox's filly has scope for further progress and is taken to follow up. There are no shortage of dangers, though, including Padura Brave and handicap debutants Venusta and Rachel Zane.
