She has been hit with a 7lb hike but can bring an end to the winning run of Cherry Cola, who proved her C&D victory was no fluke when supplementing those gains at Yarmouth. A new combination of headgear doesn't need to spark too much improvement from Lightening Dance, while Spice Of Life is the most interesting of the handicap debutants.

SNEAKY was a let-down on her introduction but left that run behind to fill the runner-up spot at Sandown before something was clearly wrong at Catterick most recently. She can be given another chance and is preferred to Dream Kart, who was just ahead of the selection on their Kempton debuts, but has an expensive Sandown defeat to now atone for. Microscopic and Beignet have shown enough to warrant a mention, with Quaint considered the pick of the newcomers.

Richard Hannon would appear to hold all the aces in this seller and although his Time For Bed is in receipt of plenty of weight, she may find stable companion TOMILY too strong. The five-year-old had a triple-figure mark just over a year ago but has plummeted down the ratings, thanks to some ordinary efforts, and this may be his level now. Upavon seems to save his best for the all-weather these days but can't be ruled out if putting his best foot forward.

Grapevine regained the winning thread here a fortnight ago but has twice had to play supporting roles behind Lawn Ranger this season, and the top-weight could have his measure again. They bump into a progressive three-year-old in TAKUMI, though, with Roger Varian's colt now having cheekpieces fitted following a slightly wayward finish when second at Newmarket. Uther Pendragon didn't have a lot of luck at Sandown so did well to make the frame, while Al Jellaby must also be taken into consideration.

Walk On Walter wasn't seen to best effect over Chemsford's 7f but was only third behind EMBOUR at Newbury prior to that, and Richard Hannon's sprinter can confirm that superiority having twice performed with credit since. Equitation is another holding his form really well and numbered Show Stealer among his victims here before returning to track and trip to make the frame. Ice Age won this off a 6lb lower mark 12 months ago so could feasibly bounce back from this season's uninspiring performances.

FRONTMAN is a Kingman half-brother to the stable's 2013 Nassau Stakes heroine Winsili and displayed plenty of the family talent when fourth on his first taste of competitive action at Newmarket. He should know more about what is required of him now and can make it second-time lucky. Rum Baba showed the benefit of a gelding operation when third at Lingfield, while Moftris has now undergone the same procedure and could also take a forward step.

Delicate Kiss enjoyed a profitable winter on the all-weather but she has been off for five months so it may be worth taking a chance on BOUNTY PURSUIT. The seven-year-old was only beaten two and a half lengths into fifth in a big-field Newbury handicap under tonight's rider and takes in this less competitive event off the same mark. A gelding operation has been the making of Orliko, while Monsieur Fox hit the crossbar at Chelmsford but, like Rakematiz, seems happier on an artificial surface.
