Mark Johnston has a decent record in this and saddles two this time in Aquarium and Ventura Knight, the mount of Ryan Moore. Setting Sail accounted for plenty of these when second at York and is the pick of the Godolphin duo. However, lurking at the foot of the handicap is NICKLAUS, who placed at this meeting last season and arrives on the back of some encouraging performances for the yard which won this 12 months ago.Prediction : 1st Nicklaus 2nd Setting Sail 3rd Ventura Knight

Mystery Power made it two on the bounce when taking the Superlative Stakes at Newmarket earlier in the month and, despite giving weight to all of his rivals, warrants a huge amount of respect in a contest the Hannons have done well in over the years. Preference, though, goes to Royal Ascot winner PINATUBO, who showed a devastating turn of foot to see off Lope Y Fernandez in the Chesham and has proven himself on an undulating track at Epsom. Visinari shaped as though the extra furlong would play to his strengths in the July Stakes, while Platinum Star, who finished a place ahead of Mark Johnston's colt on that occasion, and Salisbury maiden winner Positive add further spice to what is likely to be an informative event.Prediction : 1st Pinatubo 2nd Mystery Power 3rd Lope Y Fernandez

ZAAKI has returned in fine fettle this year, winning Listed and Group 3 races before losing out by a nose on his latest crack at a Group 2 in the Summer Mile Stakes at Ascot. Sir Michael Stoute's progressive four-year-old wouldn't need to find much improvement in order to gain compensation. Hey Gaman lost little in defeat when runner-up in the Minstrel Stakes at the Curragh and can fight it out with Jersey scorer Space Traveller and the consistent Speak In Colours, who steps up from 6f, for the silver medal.Prediction : 1st Zaaki 2nd Hey Gaman 3rd Space Traveller
15:35 Goodwood
STRADIVARIUS continues to dominate the staying division and it is hard to go against John Gosden's five-year-old as he looks for a hat-trick of victories in this feature contest. Dee Ex Bee kept on gamely to take a silver medal behind the selection in the Gold Cup, and along with the fourth from that contest, Cross Counter, could be suited by the return to two miles. Royal Ascot winners Dashing Willoughby and South Pacific are other live outsiders. Prediction : 1st Stradivarius 2nd Dee Ex Bee 3rd Cross Counter
16:10 Goodwood
WRITTEN BROADCAST sets a decent standard on the form he has achieved in two outings so far and, on the evidence of his Newbury second 10 days ago, could prove a tough nut to crack. Cobra Eye finished second on his debut at Haydock and warrants respect with Frankie Dettori in the saddle, while others to consider include Good Job Power, Lost In Time and Phuket Power.Prediction : 1st Written Broadcast 2nd Cobra Eye 3rd Good Job Power
16:45 Goodwood
MUTHMIR was a Group 2 winner at this meeting in 2015 and has been given a chance by the assessor now operating in handicap company off a mark of 102, as he was beaten by only a length when fifth in the Epsom Dash off 3lb higher last month. Maygold travelled strongly when winning at a lower level at Salisbury latest but is respected with Silvestre De Sousa an eye-catching booking, while Dark Shot also merits consideration after his near-miss off unfavourable terms in Listed company at York.Prediction : 1st Muthmir 2nd Maygold 3rd Dark Shot
17:15 Goodwood
Hateya finished second in this race last year and is noted along with Savaanah, who drops into handicap company and has Frankie Dettori doing the steering. The three-year-olds getting weight for age make more appeal, though, and if SALAYEL builds on what was an encouraging first run for Roger Varian at Newmarket earlier in the month then she should go very close. Beaten a head into second on that occasion, she had Chaleur back in fourth and this step up to 1m should suit.Prediction : 1st Salayel 2nd Chaleur 3rd Savaanah
