FOUR WHEEL DRIVE is without a win in 11 career starts, but he was only collared close home by Ginger Jam at Beverley last time and the winner has gone on to score again since. Fairy Fast struggled terribly here latest, but she had been in fine form prior to that and has won at this track in the past, while Champagne Mondays was a shade disappointing at Catterick 12 days ago but had run much better at Nottingham the time before.

Chebsey Beau won off just 4lb lower on his latest Flat outing at Musselburgh last September and has a subsequent victory over hurdles to his name. If he's fully wound up on his first start since January he must have a solid chance, but AUXILIARY has the advantage of recent race fitness, which could prove crucial. Liam Bailey's gelding didn't appear to see out an extended 2m at York latest, but won well over 1m4f on the Knavesmire the time before and could go back to that form over this trip. Final and War Brigade are others to note.

David O'Meara appears to have strong claims with his pair of runners in Muscika and Watchable. The former ran well for second in a hot handicap at York under the same rider, while Danny Tudhope is reunited with Watchable, who was a winner at Doncaster when they were last together. They may be worth opposing with TERUNTUM STAR, though, as Kevin Ryan's charge has dropped to just 1lb higher than when winning at Beverley in April, the last time he ran in a class three contest.

COCKALORUM won well here two starts ago and followed that up with a decent second to course specialist Nicholas T at Ayr. Roger Fell's charge is evidently in good heart at present and can defy top weight in this. Livvys Dream was in fine form on the all-weather in May and has to be considered, while Southern Rock started his campaign with two successes and should find this more feasible than the Listed event he contested last time.

Final Orders made a favourable impression on his debut at Leicester last month and is a major danger here, while Beyond The Clouds won a trio of novice hurdles in the autumn/winter so is likely to prove better than his two Flat races in time. Navajo Pass went close at Haydock latest, but preference is for TWO BIDS, who got within half a length of success at Windsor last time and certainly wasn't stopping at the end of that 10-furlong contest.

INGLEBY HOLLOW had been running well on the Flat this summer and transferred that form to timber when third in a hot race at Market Rasen last time. The return to the level is no concern and he can get the better of Dew Pond, who went close at Catterick two starts ago and was not disgraced over this course and distance latest. Doctor Cross and Tor are others to consider.
