A return to the all-weather gives Mr Strutter the chance to capitalise on his useful recent form off a rating 5lb lower than his current turf figure, while Carlisle winner Sharrabang can't be ruled out from the foot of the handicap.

The consistent Diamonique has been making the podium with regularity and is adept over this distance, while Willow Brook has a solid record over track and trip and could bounce back to her best on her first outing since April.

DONNACHIES GIRL has been in good form this season and the C&D winner could follow up her recent Redcar victory back down in trip off a fair 3lb higher mark. Scenesetter showed improvement when stepped up to an extended 1m3f trip at Windsor last time and she might have lots more to come, while Soloist could benefit from dropping back in trip with blinkers fitted. Earth And Sky wasn't disgraced on her first run in the handicap ranks last time and warrants respect, while Scheme is worth a market check following the tried and tested Sir Mark Prescott path of moving up in distance on her first outing in a handicap.

James Tate's Fountain Of Youth filly RIVER CAM made a bright start to her career when only beaten a neck at Yarmouth and that should stand her in good stead as she looks to open her account second time up. Huraiz, Jamaal Danehill and Spantik appear well-bred newcomers who could get involved, while Kayewhykelly has made the podium on both outings so far and is another capable of playing a part.
