GLOBAL FREEDOM showed potential on his debut for Gordon Elliott when third of 16 at Roscommon six days ago and could take the required step forward here. The three-year-old ran to a reasonable level on the Flat for Ed Dunlop in the UK earlier this year and a hurdles victory shouldn't be long in waiting. Brexit Briefcase was a few lengths behind the selection in sixth that day but is respected, while Laura Bullion needs a second look having been rated 76 on the Flat last year.
Prediction : 1st Global Freedom 2nd Brexit Briefcase 3rd Laura Bullion

MOYODE LADY tried to make all at Kilbeggan when last seen in May but she hit the second-last hurdle and was caught by three rivals close home. That experience will have done her the world of good, though, and a similarly aggressive ride could pay dividends if she can eliminate the jumping mistakes. Flooring Porter didn't seem to enjoy his Galway experience nine days ago but previously showed potential, while Clear Left might improve for the application of a first-time tongue-tie.
Prediction : 1st Moyode Lady 2nd Flooring Porter 3rd Clear Left

JOY'S GIFT finished fifth at this track over further, just falling in a bit of a hole late in the day, but this drop in trip is fancied to suit and first-time cheekpieces could sharpen her up. Disco Musik was the subject of market support when tumbling at the first at Clonmel in June and warrants consideration following a short break, while Baby Bellini was generally consistent last year but has a 209-day absence to overcome.
Prediction : 1st Joys Gift 2nd Disco Musik 3rd Baby Bellini

LEVER DU SOLEIL won four in a row on the Flat in Britain and was a little unlucky to finish second when sent back over hurdles at Galway earlier this month. The four-year-old is tough to ignore while in this frame of mind and should see out this slightly longer trip at a more conventional track. Zoffalee was second when last seen in this sphere before finishing a creditable sixth in the Ladies Derby at the Curragh, while Smiling Eliza is also respected.
Prediction : 1st Lever Du Soleil 2nd Zoffalee 3rd Smiling Eliza

GOOD LUCK HOPE took a decent step forward from his hurdles bow at Galway when third to subsequent Grade 1-placed Rhinestone at Naas last November. He returns from a 275-day absence, but remains open to progression going up in distance and could get the better of Big Tree, who is of interest if bouncing back to form after a below-par effort, and Woodbrook Boy, who ran with promise on his chase debut at Wexford and could go close if translating that form to timber.
Prediction : 1st Good Luck Hope 2nd Big Tree 3rd Woodbrook Boy

SILVER PLANEUR ran no sort of race when last seen at Limerick in December, but the daughter of Malinas had progressed nicely in her couple of outings prior to that effort and a repeat of those performances could see her get back to winning ways. Bridge Native has been running well over the past couple of months and is entitled to be competitive once again, while Bog War and Vinnwarr appear best of the remainder.
Prediction : 1st Silver Planeur 2nd Bridge Native 3rd Bog War

PENCREEK represents leading connections on his racecourse debut and, in a contest that appears to lack depth, the son of Konig Shuffle is taken to make a winning start to his career. Druim Samhraidh drops in distance having placed at Cork last Monday and that is likely to see him to better effect, while Shanwalla is respected having performed well on both his starts at the Galway Festival.
Prediction : 1st Pencreek 2nd Druim Samhraidh 3rd Shanwalla
