Kingfast has been successful here in the past and wears a first-time visor, while recent Windsor hero Harmonise is also noted under a 5lb penalty.

The penny has dropped with SO NEAR SO FARHH in recent weeks and the four-year-old can make it three wins from her last four starts. Make Good returned to form when scoring at Nottingham and won't mind this extra couple of furlongs, while Arty Campbell has dropped to a tempting mark and is worth noting too.

LOVE DESTINY is related to plenty of winners and it is interesting that his dam was successful as a two-year-old. He still holds an entry in a valuable sales race at York next week, and it wouldn't be a surprise to see him take up that engagement if performing to a reasonable standard here. Space Ace is the only previous scorer in the field but took a backward step at Newbury. Nat Love is also considered.

Fantasy Justifier is arguably better on the all-weather these days, though he did return to form when only beaten three lengths here in a 17-runner affair and won't be disgraced against this opposition. Mad Endeavour showed up nicely for a long way at this venue when fourth four weeks ago, but the unexposed REBECKE catches the eye on her handicap debut. Clive Cox's filly failed to beat anything home at Leicester last time, but that was a tactical affair and the step up to 6f in a bigger field should help.

COOL REFLECTION can be forgiven his latest outing at Epsom as he didn't appear to see out 7f, and a gelding operation since that performance could elicit further progression as he returns to sprinting distances. Pass The Gin can bounce back after finishing down the field at Goodwood on her latest start, while Motagally completes the shortlist as he drops back to 6f.

ATALANTA'S BOY has taken a big step forward since being dropped back to 6f at Goodwood in May, when awarded the race, and at Doncaster last month. A further 5lb rise might not prove enough to stop David Menuisier's gelding from making it three in a row. Major Valentine won in great style over C&D and is respected despite going up 7lb, while a repeat of Smokey Lane's recent third at Ffos Las could see him go close as well.

SOMEWHERE SECRET returned to winning form when benefiting from a drop in grade at Haydock after struggling in the Stewards' Cup consolation race the week before. He carries a 5lb penalty but, apart from his Goodwood effort, the five-year-old remains in good heart and is capable of his third victory in five outings. Secretfact's second at Lingfield on his most recent outing can see him in the mix, while Union Rose warrants respect with Cieren Fallon's 5lb claim.
