Zappiness got within half a length of success at Chelmsford and could go close again off just 2lb higher, while Sir Canford has been running well on the turf track here of late but his all-weather performances have not been near that quality. PADURA BRAVE has been plying her trade on the Kempton Polytrack, but her solid runs over a mile there suggest this longer trip may suit.
Prediction : 1st Padura Brave 2nd Zappiness 3rd Sir Canford

SCHEME looked a typical Sir Mark Prescott handicap plot, running three times before stepping up in trip for her handicap bow. She showed signs of greenness at Newcastle, though, so could be better for the experience here. Cantiniere sports cheekpieces after finishing on the heels of the placegetters at Chelmsford and could go well, while the consistent Manorah has claims too.
Prediction : 1st Scheme 2nd Cantiniere 3rd Manorah

LITTLE BIRD was a battling winner at Doncaster and then showed she could be competitive under a penalty when second on the turf course here . Providing she takes to the all-weather, she could be tough to beat. Hiconic dropped into selling company when second at Wolverhampton and needs more, while newcomer Her Indoors could be a bigger danger than the others who have already tasted racecourse action.
Prediction : 1st Little Bird 2nd Her Indoors 3rd Hiconic

Eligible filled the runner-up spot at Kempton and built on that effort to take top honours at Sandown. Clive Cox's gelding is up 6lb for that, which could leave him vulnerable to SHAWAAHEQ, who has been raised just 1lb for a decent effort in defeat at Chelmsford. Al Messila's hat-trick bid ended in failure at Glorious Goodwood, but it is too soon to write her off.
Prediction : 1st Shawaaheq 2nd Eligible 3rd Al Messila

Ed Dunlop has an interesting newcomer in Alameery, a 160,000gns Kingman half-brother to Group 2 winner Ransom Note. He is well worth a market check, but this looks a good opening for SLOANE GARDEN, who ran a decent race when third of five at Yarmouth on debut. James Tate has had two winners from just six juvenile runners on the all-weather this season and could augment that record in this. Lady Bowthorpe was only beaten two lengths at Chelmsford and is another for the shortlist.
Prediction : 1st Sloane Garden 2nd Alameery 3rd Lady Bowthorpe

TARSEEKH filled the runner-up spot twice over 7f at Chelmsford before relishing the drop to this trip at the Essex track, winning with a bit in hand. A 3lb rise might not stop him and he can get the better of Classy Cailin, who left her previous form well behind when successful at Yarmouth. Prince Rock chased home the selection at Chelmsford so is another obvious danger on 2lb better terms, despite a lacklustre effort at Bath on Saturday.
Prediction : 1st Tarseekh 2nd Classy Cailin 3rd Prince Rock

Terri Rules followed up a second-placed finish over C&D with another runner-up effort over 6f on the turf course here and is evidently in good heart. Sandfrankskipsgo is 4lb lower than his last winning mark over this C&D, but preference is for AQUADABRA. The daughter of Born To Sea won back-to-back races at Chepstow and Wolverhampton in July and though not as effective at Salisbury last time, she was far from disgraced and should relish the return to the all-weather.
Prediction : 1st Aquadabra 2nd Terri Rules 3rd Sandfrankskipsgo
