MY GALWAY GIRL was only beaten a neck over an extended 2m5f at Downpatrick last week and has a great chance to quickly gain compensation off the same rating. Stablemate Little Saint is interesting in first-time cheekpieces, while Something Sweet is a course winner who has been running well of late. Wexford runner-up Lilly Geal also merits consideration off a 3lb higher mark with Robbie Power in the saddle.

However, preference is for PREMIER D'TROICE, who was beaten half a length in a Downpatrick maiden latest and makes his handicap debut off the same mark. Live Every Day and the blinkered first-time Ellipsism are respected, with Open To The World also interesting reverting back to hurdles from fences.

LORD SCHNAPPS turned in an improved display on his return to fences when second over 2m5f at Sligo last time and, noted as keeping on at the finish that day, he's a likely improver now stepped up to 3m. Minella Times has shown chasing ability over 2m6f and is another for whom this stiffer test could feasibly unlock immediate improvement, while Make My Heart Fly has shown enough to be considered a live contender on these terms if her confidence hasn't been knocked by an early tumble at Sligo last week.

BECTIVE CAVE has been in good order over timber recently, winning off ratings of 88 and 98 at Down Royal and Ballinrobe respectively. Now moving back over the larger obstacles off a mark of 89, Matthew Smith's veteran is attractively treated. Kavanaghs Corner is debuting for Henry De Bromhead (formerly with Simon Earle) on his return from a 199-day absence and merits a market check, while Athloman Cottage warrants respect on the back of her 2m1f Ballinrobe third.

SUVRETTA attracted market support prior to finishing third over a similar trip on debut at Ballinrobe and, although she let favourite backers down on that occasion, the experience gained is unlikely to have been lost on her and she's taken to strike second time out for Willie Mullins. Lady Of Elysium holds solid claims on her recent second at Galway and should be thereabouts under Jamie Codd, while any money for her debuting stablemate The Rocking Chair would also be worth noting.
