Boy George failed to beat a rival home when making his handicap debut over 7f at Kempton in August but he's worth a market check having subsequently been gelded.

Abnaa and Sunset Breeze both shaped encouragingly on their racecourse debut at Newbury and Southwell respectively and could feasibly take closer order here. The form standard they set, however, is far from insurmountable and perhaps it might be worth taking a chance on Owen Burrows inmate DAYSAQ, who wouldn't need to be anything out of the ordinary to strike first time out. Fellow newcomer San Rafael could also take a hand.

The ex-Godolphin filly City Of Love makes plenty of appeal back amongst maiden company having only been denied by a neck in a Chelmsford handicap nine days ago. However, it is KAHALA QUEEN who really catches the eye and the 525,000gns buy, who is a half-sister to six winners, could be a high-class debutant on show. Society Guest brings plenty of experience to the table and could make the podium in a first-time visor.

Past C&D winner Walk On Walter showed a willing attitude to score at Bath last month but has gone up 3lb, while Motagally deservedly moves up in class after scoring at Brighton 19 days ago but needs to put in a career best to strike. A chance instead can be taken on top-weight INTISAAB, who was beaten by just over three lengths in the Ayr Gold Cup two weeks ago. He is beginning to look well treated again and holds outstanding claims under leading apprentice Cieren Fallon.

Chitra arrives following two narrow defeats and must enter calculations with top apprentice Cieren Fallon in the plate, while Turanga Leela also warrants respect at a venue where she seldom runs a bad race.

DOBRIANKA's second at Kempton looks fairly solid form with those either side of her both running well since and, with cheekpieces fitted to help, she could go one better off this 2lb higher mark. Sir Mark Prescott saddled the winner of the aforementioned contest and he has a solid chance here with All Points West, who only found one too good on his handicap debut nine days ago and may well improve for that first outing since October last year. Monsieur Lambrays and Bug Boy are other respected players.
