LILL SMITH returned in useful fashion to finish second at Roscommon last month and could have more to come now over a trip she performed respectably at last season. Direct Image arrives on the back of two eye-catching victories in the pointing field and is worthy of a market check on her Rules debut, while Dime A Dozen was a decent bumper performer and made the podium when switching to hurdles at Listowel last time.

Treacysenniscorthy was a winner over fences at Listowel last month and is interesting reverting to hurdles off a mark only 2lb higher than when placing in this sphere at Punchestown in February. Churchtown Glen is another to shape nicely over the larger obstacles of late and has to be on the shortlist. However, preference is for course-and-distance winner OH'HEREWEGO, who looked back to something like his best when second over this distance at Listowel last time and the veteran is backed to go one better off just a 3lb higher mark.

It would be no surprise if the switch to fences brings out the best in DALY TIGER, who beat some useful rivals when winning at Punchestown last winter before finding life in a Grade 1 tough over the Christmas period. This is a more winnable contest for Noel Meade's six-year-old, with the biggest test set to be provided by Brogine, who brings a little chasing experience to the table. Rules newcomer Captain Cruiser is another to keep an eye on.

VISIOMAN has taken well to fences, narrowly missing out at Limerick before scoring by seven lengths at Kilbeggan, and he shades the verdict in this competitive event. Dolly Dancer wasn't too far behind the useful Contingency at Listowel and must enter calculations returning to a venue where she won over hurdles in May, while Ballyegan Hero, second on his chasing return latest, is unlikely to be far away either.

Dontdooddson was a game 2m1f winner at Sligo and warrants plenty of respect off this 7lb higher mark, but SHANROE AL C could complete the four-timer on his return to chasing duty. Back from a well deserved break, he's currently 22lb lower than his hurdles rating and lurks dangerously at the foot of the weights here. Hilltop Supreme and Glorious Galway complete the shortlist.

Fortune Street brings some smart bumper form to the table, including when runner-up at Wexford on his latest outing in October last year, and must enter calculations, while West Cork Wildway is an interesting player switching to the bumper sphere after finishing third over hurdles at Listowel. However, a chance is taken on ARCADIAN SUNRISE, whose point-to-point form is only modest but he has been picked up by a shrewd handler and has a top amateur aboard.
