Shambra has performed with credit following absences before and needs a market check, while Pumblechook could outrun his likely odds for Amy Murphy.

Fantasy Believer can prove best of the remainder.

PETTOCHSIDE has a fine record in this race, landing the spoils in 2017 and wasn't beaten far when third in his attempt to defend his crown 12 months ago. Paddy Power is another with a decent course record, while consistent performers Chatham House, Six Strings and Whelans Way are others to keep an eye on.

RAMPANT LION was the one to take from the race when fifth at Ayr in competitive company 24 days ago after being blocked at a crucial stage, and compensation could await for William Jarvis' charge. The four-year-old is now 7lb below his last winning mark (which came on the all-weather) and the Bahamian Bounty gelding can prove too strong for Ocean Paradise, who is unexposed after four starts. Barossa Red is consistent and should be involved at the finish again.
