Order Of Thistle won at Sedgefield at the beginning of the month and warrants respect, along with Taking Flight and Witness Protection.

THREE IS COMPANY has finished third on his last couple of outings over hurdles at Downpatrick but the son of Mahler is expected to take a step forward making his chase debut. Ettila De Sivola showed a good level of form in three hurdle starts last season and he could have improvement to come after wind surgery, while Big Nasty and Chateau Robin are also respected.

DAMIENS DILEMMA had been threatening to land the spoils for quite some time prior to scoring at Kelso three weeks ago and could follow up despite a 5lb rise. The 11-year-old is running better than ever despite his advancing years and appeals marginally more than Orioninverness, who performed well to finish second at Hexham recently after a break. Nortonthorpelegend wasn't given a hard time when struggling at Kelso last time and he could easily bounce back.

RIGHTDOWNTHEMIDDLE has returned to Gordon Elliott after a spell with Sean Curran and it would be no surprise to see the 11-year-old bounce back to form after a 145-day break. Pads struggled on his latest outing at Hexham but had been mostly consistent prior to that effort and can be given another chance, while Jessiemac can bounce back after pulling up at Cartmel in June when last seen.

Mr Caplan deserves respect for Gordon Elliott, while Dusty's Choice is related to plenty of winners on the Flat and warrants a second glance.
