Dancing Leopard is not short of experience and has a chance, while Dashing Roger showed up well on debut at Brighton and is of real interest if handling the all-weather.

Afandem ran well on heavy ground at Nottingham the last twice and is in with a shout, but preference is for FREE LOVE, who left behind some really ordinary form when second over this C&D latest and it could be that this surface brigs out the best in her.

DARK REGARD had shown promise on debut before trailing home last at Leicester in July. Mark Johnston gave the Dark Angel filly a short break and brought her out here last month, where she bolted up over track and trip. She can defy an opening mark of 72 and get the better of course winner Lilkian, who has a 4lb rise and an extra furlong to contend with here. Abbaleka was two lengths behind Lilkian last time, but meets on 5lb better terms here.

BOBBY SHAFT followed up a decent second at Redcar in April with another runner-up finish at Newcastle earlier this month and Richard Fahey's charge is entitled to come on for that latest outing. Memory Hill was well beaten into third here last time but might be happier down a furlong in trip, while Gleeful has claims on the pick of her form and may improve for the fitting of a visor.

ELYSEE STAR dropped back from 1m4f to contest a race over C&D last time and acquitted herself well, finding only one too good. This may prove the optimum trip for Mark Walford's filly and she can prove that run was no fluke. Split Down South won well at Chelmsford and a 3lb rise looks fair, while Silverturnstogold wasn't far away at Kempton and could be a major player in this.
