Herm won a classified stakes here last time but has struggled off lower marks than this in handicap company before.

Kentucky Kingdom is the top rated in the field but really didn't show it at Kempton last time, so perhaps Ed Walker has found the perfect opportunity for SHERPA TRAIL. The newcomer has a US pedigree so could handle this surface and might just have enough to take this.

RIVAS ROB ROY has been raised 9lb for his win at Newcastle and although that success appeared to come out of the blue, the way he romped clear suggests the first-time blinkers had the desired effect. If the headgear works as well here, he can get the better of Ishebayorgrey, who was not beaten far into fourth here on Saturday despite appearing too keen in the early stages. Chelmsford third Seraphim and recent C&D fifth Ubla are others to consider.

Storm Eleanor was not beaten far over a furlong shorter here last time and could improve for the step back up in trip, while the application of a visor and a drop in distance could be beneficial to Star Talent.
