Her lack of experience probably told late in the day last time, but she should have learnt plenty and can defy a high draw. Ioronta finished fourth on her first day at school and didn't exactly have the best of luck through the field, while In The Present is more exposed than most but has some reasonable form in the book.

TYRCONNELL has been acquitting himself well since returning to the all-weather on his last few outings, following up a Laytown victory with a couple of solid efforts over C&D, and Sarah Lynam's gelding can get his head back in front. Paris Duvet is entitled to come forward from her most recent course appearance with the drop to 7f appearing to be in her favour, while Clonville and Footsteps At Dawn complete the shortlist.

STORM APPROACHING caught the eye on her yard debut for Denis Hogan here a fortnight ago and the daughter of Dawn Approach makes a fair amount of appeal now switching her attentions to handicap company. A pair of cheekpieces could see Kinch step forward from his latest course outing and he is respected along with Drombeg Duke, who won over C&D two starts ago.

It's tough to oppose GEOLOGICAL, who has won three on the spin here of late in the hands of this rider and now steps up to a mile, which looks well in reach, having won a shade cosily over 7f last time. Yuften has obliged for favourite backers when landing back-to-back course-and-distance contests and has to be taken seriously in search of a hat-trick, while it is always foolish to ignore the popular veteran Gordon Lord Byron.

SHEISDIESEL ran up a sequence at this track earlier in the year and could have plenty to give off what remains a workable figure on her first appearance since May. Charcor was a winner here last month and now steps up in trip off a 5lb higher mark, while Sky Seven, who was second in that contest, could bridge the length deficit on these revised terms.

NARYNKOL was touched off by a neck over 1m2f at Ripon on his final start for Roger Varian and is expected to show up well on his first outing for Denis Hogan. Sovereigns Bright struck over a similar trip in a maiden at Roscommon when last sighted in the summer and is expected to go well now moving into handicap company on a fair mark. She does, however, have a wide draw to contend with, so perhaps it might be worth siding with RIPS DREAM, who has bagged stall six and arrives on the back of a comfortable 1m4f victory here last month. Art Of America and Secret Wizard are others for the shortlist.
