Burbank jumped well when opening his account at the third time of asking over fences at Kempton in May but he will need to improve in a more competitive race. My Way took a crashing fall at the last on his first chase outing in the UK at Plumpton, gifting the race to Legal Eyes. Providing he is over that experience, Paul Nicholls' charge warrants a place on the shortlist but a chance is taken on EDITEUR DU GITE on his UK debut for Gary Moore. The five-year-old won his second outing over timber at Compiegne in May 2018 and could be ahead of the handicapper. Others to note include Ballinslea Bridge, Dashing Perk and Canelo.

OVERTHETOP made a pleasing start to his hurdling career at Carlisle when quickening up in good style to win by 12 lengths, and the step up to this level appears to be warranted based on that effort. Happygolucky placed in this company at Cheltenham and is expected to be very competitive with that piece of form being the strongest on offer. Enrilo could bounce back from a disappointing effort at Ludlow when behind House Island.
