TWO SAMS took advantage of a lenient rating on his stable debut for Jeremy Scott at Plumpton and six-year-old won't mind the slightly extended trip here as he looks to follow up off a 5lb higher rating. Brandy Cross went close on his first outing since wind surgery last month and could get involved off just a 2lb higher mark, with Sue Gardner's Here's Bingo also noted following an encouraging third at Exeter. Prediction : 1st Two Sams 2nd Brandy Cross 3rd Heres Bingo

The form of CHRISTMAS IN APRIL's Chepstow reappearance, when second to La Cavsa Nostra, looks rock solid and it would be no surprise if Colin Tizzard's seven-year-old improves on that run now tried in cheekpieces. Manofthemountain unseated his rider when looking for a hat-trick last time and could get back on track off the same rating, while Tea Time On Mars could win the race for the final podium spot.Prediction : 1st Christmas In April 2nd Manofthemountain 3rd Tea Time On Mars

GELBOE DE CHANAY sauntered to a 14-length success on debut in France and is expected to put that experience to good use to strike first time out in the UK for Philip Hobbs. Zamani shaped encouragingly when picking up the bronze medal on his hurdles bow at Ludlow last month and is feared most. The pick of the remainder may be Alan King's NH debutant Peckinpah, who has gained experience on the Flat.Prediction : 1st Gelboe De Chanay 2nd Zamani 3rd Peckinpah

A trappy contest, where the tentative suggestion is QUARENTA, who is entitled to strip fitter for his comeback outing at Warwick in September and take closer order. Diplomate Sivola's last victory came in a novices' hunters' chase in March, so a bigger danger may be Colin Tizzard's veteran Bally Longford, who won off a 2lb lower mark at Ffos Las over the summer.Prediction : 1st Quarenta 2nd Bally Longford 3rd Diplomate Sivola

MYSTIC DREAMER beat a nice mare in the shape of Floressa in bumper company at Cheltenham earlier this year and enjoyed a solid debut over hurdles when third here just over four weeks ago. Nick Gifford's charge shaped there as though some extra yardage would help, and the five-year-old is expected to prove too good for Crystal Gazing, who was a creditable fourth in a bumper at Ludlow in October. Eyes Right outran 50-1 odds at Newbury last time when fourth and should enjoy this stiffer stamina test.Prediction : 1st Mystic Dreamer 2nd Crystal Gazing 3rd Eyes Right

MORTENS LEAM claimed this prize last year under Philip Donovan and the pair can combine to strike again off just 3lb higher. The seven-year-old is at his best on soft ground, and should be ideally suited by this likely surface. He was dropped 5lb after failing to beat anything home at Plumpton three weeks ago, but is fancied to bounce back to form. Sonoftheking may do better dropped in distance, while Hidden Glen could find more with his yard in better form now.Prediction : 1st Mortens Leam 2nd Sonoftheking 3rd Hidden Glen

ROYAL CONCORDE put in a career-best performance when third at Plumpton in March on handicap debut and is likely to have strengthened up plenty over the summer/autumn months. The eight-year-old doesn't have many miles on the clock for his age, and the first-time tongue-tie that worked so well 267 days ago remains fitted here. Lochinver stayed on well over further at Huntingdon when third four weeks ago and might not appreciate this drop in trip, while Marley Firth could be one for value seekers.Prediction : 1st Royal Concorde 2nd Lochinver 3rd Marley Firth
