TIGER TAP TAP was a bit disappointing when well held on his seasonal return in a Grade 3 over 2m here last month. That said, he was ninth in the Triumph Hurdle at Cheltenham and he should take plenty of beating now dropped in grade. Ashdale Bob displayed plenty of promise on his racecourse debut at Punchestown and he should not be underestimated this afternoon. The shortlist is completed by Bold Assassin and Henry Brown.

A return to anything like the best of his hurdles form should see the six-year-old much too good for the opposition here. Star Max has looked useful in his two outings over fences so far and can give the selection most to think about, with School Boy Hours and Monkshood others to keep onside.
