It is hard to oppose INDUNO, who made a winning start to his hurdling career here and should be suited by the extra distance. His form is stacking up nicely and the Flemensfirth gelding can make the long trip north worthwhile again. Evander has finished second on both appearances under Rules so far and is respected trying further. O'Hanrahan Bridge was runner-up over course and distance on his debut for Donald McCain and bettering that effort is a possibility.

Micky Hammond's nine-year-old is just 2lb higher than his most recent victory and wasn't far away in second over track and trip a month ago. Any market support for Stormbay Bomber should be noted off a falling rating, while Joanne Foster's C&D winners Frankie Ballou and Two Hoots have to be given plenty of respect.

It could pay to side with Donald McCain's French import FINGAL D'ARTHEL, who showed plenty of potential on his first couple of outings before making it third-time lucky. If taking to the jumping game, he will likely prove tough to beat. Irish Odyssey was a pleasing third on his hurdling bow at Carlisle and rates the biggest threat, ahead of Jabbaar and Stonific.

RINGARINGAROSIE loves it round here, finishing half-a-length second and winning twice on her last three visits, and she should take some stopping under talented conditional Danny McMenamin. Although denied his own hat-trick last week, Mah Mate Bob remains in cracking form and must enter calculations, with Mortens Leam and Indian Brave others to note.
