MOSAKHAR took to Fibresand like a duck to water when romping home by four lengths in a 1m maiden in November and appears feasibly weighted for his first handicap assignment. Smile A Mile could step up on his last run at Wolverhampton, now eased in grade, if acting on this surface, while there may be better to come from Caballero, who was returning from a long time off the track when a creditable sixth in a higher grade at Newcastle.

The pick of the remainder may be Universal Effect, who has been cut some slack by the assessor and drops in grade.

Successful here in November before doubling up at Chelmsford, she looks sure to be held up once more before delivering a late challenge under 5lb claimer Faye McManoman. Decision Maker has dropped to a tempting mark and will appreciate the step up from 5f. Le Manege Enchante outran his odds when fifth at Newcastle and could grab a place.

SEA OF COOL wasn't beaten far when crossing the line in second, before being subsequently disqualified, over course and distance in November and John Ryan's three-year-old could pick up some compensation if in the same form. Under Curfew is worthy of a market check at least ahead of his first appearance since August.
