Blacko has to be of interest after he made his UK debut a winning one at Taunton, with previous Newton Abbot scorer The Pink'n over 13 lengths back in third. Alan King's charge is only 3lb worse off here so should be capable of confirming that form, though giving weight to GUERNESEY could be difficult. Philip Hobbs' grey finished second on his hurdling debut in France and joins a trainer with a 22 per cent strike rate in hurdle races this year. Scorched Earth struck on his hurdling debut at Catterick and was not disgraced at Newbury last time, so could be competitive.
Prediction : 1st Guernesey 2nd Blacko 3rd Scorched Earth

It's Probably Me and More Overdraught form a strong team for Henry Daly and while the former looks the pick on form, the booking of Richard Johnson for the latter does catch the eye. Molly Ollys Wishes got within a length of success at Fakenham and now has a slew of solid efforts to her name, but preference is for TEMPLE HIGH. Nicky Henderson's mare was only fifth on her bumper debut here in April, but three of the four to finish ahead of her have won since, so the form might be stronger than it first looks.
Prediction : 1st Temple High 2nd Molly Ollys Wishes 3rd Its Probably Me

FROM THE HEART followed up a solid second at Huntingdon with victory at Taunton last time, with the step up to three miles appearing to suit well. Philip Hobbs' charge is 7lb higher here but could still get the better of High Counsel, who made it two wins in a row over slightly shorter here on New Year's Eve and is only 6lb higher than that. Broadclyst was only narrowly beaten into second at Wincanton, but the handicapper appears to have taken no chances in raising him 4lb for that.
Prediction : 1st From The Heart 2nd High Counsel 3rd Broadclyst

GOOD AND HARDY saw his hat-trick bid come to an end when well held in second at Uttoxeter last month, but encountered extremely deep ground combined with a well-handicapped winner and the removal of obstacles on that occasion, which did little to help his cause. Fergal O'Brien's progressive seven-year-old could get back on track following a month off and cheekpieces are now tried. Bob Buckler's Ascot winner Flowing Cadenza could follow up off a 7lb higher mark, with recent Uttoxeter scorer Golden Sovereign and handicap debutant Terrierman others who make appeal.
Prediction : 1st Good And Hardy 2nd Flowing Cadenza 3rd Terrierman

Former Gold Cup second Minella Rocco looks to get his career back on track and could be a force in this sphere if putting his best foot forward. However, preference on this occasion is for Paul Nicholls' stable debutant BOB AND CO, who was good enough to run in Graded races in France and has the assistance of David Maxwell in the saddle, who is operating at a 31-percent strike-rate this season. Kashmir Peak's form in the pointing field gives him a chance and Alan Hill's 11-year-old is entitled to plenty of respect.
Prediction : 1st Bob And Co 2nd Minella Rocco 3rd Kashmir Peak

THE RAVEN'S RETURN performed with credit when second over a similar trip at Wincanton last time and could show up well again off an unchanged mark. Megalodon knuckled down well to score by a neck over C&D earlier in the month and has place possibilities off this 5lb higher perch, while there may also be better to come from the unexposed Made For You, who has been given wind surgery since his last start in the summer.
Prediction : 1st The Ravens Return 2nd Megalodon 3rd Made For You

PRECIOUS ELEANOR has shown plenty of promise in novice company in recent months and is expected to build on her Wincanton third last time and take closer order on her handicap bow. Main Fact was touched off by less than a length over an extended 2m2f at Exeter last time and has strong place claims, despite a 6lb rise in the ratings, now dropping back to 2m. The pick of the remainder may be Olly Murphy's handicap debutant Hurricane Hero.
Prediction : 1st Precious Eleanor 2nd Main Fact 3rd Hurricane Hero
