Saga Bolton was last sighted over hurdles and now debuts for a new trainer, though he's capable of figuring on these terms and warrants shortlist inclusion. Sayesse has been running consistently well over 1m and could also figure if seeing out this longer trip.

BOWERMAN was having his first start since being gelded when landing a similar contest over a mile here three weeks ago and is expected to see out this longer trip and use his match fitness to good use to see off returning pair Kasperenko and Princess Yaiza. Both appear competitively treated at the weights, though it is difficult to fancy Shekiba on these terms.

The main danger may be Mairead Kate, who makes some appeal on her Gowran fourth over 7f last spring. Michael Halford landed this prize last year and could have another good chance with newcomer MAZIYDA. Related to five winners, the Sepoy filly is out of a smart dam and can take this before moving onto better things, most likely over further. Mr Mooj ran a fine race on debut here earlier this month, shaping as though he would be worth keeping onside next time, while stablemate Ubume is another who makes appeal.

MIRACLES IN MAY transferred his handy turf form to the all-weather when successful on his most recent outing here and has enough scope to do even better this winter. Placed in a couple of competitive handicaps at the Curragh and Galway, the five-year-old is versatile and could strike from his low draw. Paris Duvet scored a shade cosily over this C&D last month and can give the selection most to think about, while Captainofthebounty is another to note.

TYNAMITE has hit the crossbar here twice in his last three outings and the six-year-old will have no problem dropping to 6f looking to get his moment in the spotlight off a winnable mark. Tribal Path got the better of the selection over track and trip on his penultimate start and wasn't disgraced when sent off favourite last time. Course-and-distance winner Bellick was beaten less than a length when third over 5f earlier this month and now steps up in trip off the same mark.

He looks well treated and is tried in an eye shield for the first time. Course-and-distance winner Tyrconnell is a regular here and drops in trip for this assignment, while Comhghairdeas and Red All Star both warrant respect following encouraging performances last time.
