James Given's mare ran on strongly to go down by just half a length when fourth at Newcastle and appears in much better form than her last visit to this track.

Night Voyager is arguably the pick of those with form after his sixth-placed finish at Lingfield last month, but that doesn't set the bar too high for the newcomers. Dean Ivory takes the wraps off Mirakuhl and also has Kempton ninth Madames Girl, but of most interest is OLD HARBOUR. Mark Johnston's colt is related to a raft of winners, including Group 1 scorer Cutlass Bay, and could prove too classy here. Archie Watson's Sansevero is another newcomer to note.

ELUSIF has been in fantastic form this month, winning three times already, and Phil McEntee's charge certainly showed no signs of slowing down when bolting up here latest. Should his busy schedule catch up with him, then Newcastle fourth Double Martini could be the one to take advantage, though Fieldsman would have to enter the reckoning if able to replicate his Southwell form on this surface. Wolverhampton fourth Air Of York is also starting to look well treated.

Prince Of Eagles was a good winner at Lingfield latest but the handicapper appears to have taken no chances in giving him a mark of 77. Shumba is another who is not obviously well treated, though his previous run on Polytrack saw him finish second at Kempton. COTTONOPOLIS could be the one to side with, as he went close over this trip at Lingfield last time and has just a 1lb rise to contend with in this.

It might be worth focusing on the three last-time-out winners here. Green Door is up 3lb for his short-head success at Lingfield, while Moveonup is 6lb higher than when winning with some authority on the Southwell Fibresand last month. TONE THE BARONE made his all-weather debut here on Friday and absolutely dotted up, winning by six lengths. Stuart Williams' decision to bring him out under a 5lb penalty is likely to be justified if he repeats that effort.

ESTRELA STAR's form has gone from strength to strength since switching to staying trips and he could defy a 5lb penalty for his impressive three-length win at Kempton. Muraaqeb got up on the line to score over 1m4f at Kempton last time and shapes as though the extra distance here will suit, while Social City followed up a C&D success with a close-up third over 2m at Lingfield and is evidently on good terms with himself.
