HOLLOW SOUND has some cracking bumper form under his belt, including when third at Leopardstown over the Christmas period, and he could prove a tough nut to crack on his hurdling debut. Jungle Junction only found one too good, for the fourth time in a row, on his jumping bow at Leopardstown on St Stephen's Day and he is likely to show up well again, while Joshua Webb completes the shortlist. Prediction : 1st Hollow Sound 2nd Jungle Junction 3rd Joshua Webb

The legendary Tiger Roll has to be respected having readily won this race last year before going on to record victories both at the Cheltenham Festival and in the Grand National. However, connections have been slightly pessimistic about his chances in the build-up to this race, and MAGIC OF LIGHT gets the nod. Like the former, the National will undoubtedly be her long term aim, but she should be fairly forward following wins at both Newbury and Ascot and is dangerous receiving weight from the boys. Penhill is steadily coming to hand and merits respect.Prediction : 1st Magic Of Light 2nd Penhill 3rd Tiger Roll

The form of FRANCIN's third at Leopardstown is rock solid, with the winner placed in a Grade 1 and the second, fourth and sixth all successful since, and he gets a confident vote dropping in trip. Pure Genius has posted encouraging efforts both at Cork and over C&D and he should give another good account, while The Very Man, equipped with a first-time tongue-tie, is certainly no forlorn hope either. Prediction : 1st Francin 2nd Pure Genius 3rd The Very Man
