The step up to a mile is a slight concern, but this isn't a great contest and the four-year-old is fancied to get away with it. Fly The Nest has found one too good on the last three occasions and should give his stablemate something to ponder, while Amaretto, who was third at Lingfield recently after a break, completes the shortlist.

TEPUI needed the experience and was spared a tough race as a result at Lingfield on his debut, but is taken to leave that form behind here for David Simcock. A half-brother to a pair of US winners, this Polytrack surface should suit the son of Sky Mesa and he might just have a bit too much for Roger Charlton's once-raced Amir Kabir. Note Bleu was second over C&D last week but lacks the scope of the aforementioned duo.

TORO DORADO was arguably unlucky in his bid to make it a four-timer when fifth at Lingfield on his most recent start and the son of Toronado can make amends dropping back to a mile on this occasion. Furqaan was no match for an impressive winner when runner-up on her handicap bow at the course last month but may benefit from the extra furlong, while Golden Wolf could step forward on his second outing after wind surgery.

INEVITABLE OUTCOME arrives in fine fettle having won her last couple of outings at the course and the daughter of Ivawood appears capable of further progression, despite going up 6lb for her most recent success. Broughton Sunpearl outran her 50/1 odds when runner-up on her handicap debut here over 6f and is likely to be in the mix with Rains Of Castamere, who shed his maiden tag at Lingfield in November.

ROCK BOY GREY stayed on well to score at Chelmsford on Saturday and has evidently come out of that race in good form as he's quickly turned out under a 5lb penalty. Boasting two wins from four starts over this trip, the son of Dark Angel can go in again at the expense of Enthaar, who won here in January and is the mount of Oisin Murphy. Badayel is another for the shortlist as he is an unexposed quantity.

NOBLE FOX has been hammering on the door of late and the visor which was applied for the first time at Lingfield latest seemed to help. He finished a beaten favourite that day, but only went down by half a length off 1lb lower and looks well worth another chance. Gold Standard is penalised for his Wolverhampton success and joins Persian Sun and Bird To Love on the shortlist.
