He ran well on his only previous visit here, posted a solid placed effort at Yarmouth when last sighted and has Ryan Moore aboard for the first time.

William Haggas won this contest with the top-class Sea Of Class in 2018 and the Newmarket handler has another potentially exciting prospect on his hands in the shape of DOMINO DARLING. The daughter of Golden Horn was very professional when scoring on testing ground at Doncaster and the form of that contest could not have worked out any better with a multitude of winners coming from that event. A stoutly-bred filly, her half-brother Namibian a winner of the Queen's Vase and the Gordon Stakes, she bids to cement her position near the head of the Oaks market. Cabaletta made a pleasing start when scoring at Yarmouth, with that form also receiving a nice boost from the runner-up Frankly Darling, while Oriental Mystique, out of a Group 1 winner over 1m4f, and Franconia, a half-sister to Nassau heroine Winsili, are both open to significant improvement.

Marie's Diamond merits the utmost respect having won the Paradise Stakes at Newmarket last week but this is arguably a tougher test. ZAAKI has an outstanding record when fresh and he was successful in this race 12 months ago. The five-year-old represents a yard in top form right now and he should not be underestimated. King Of Comedy was fourth in the Juddmonte International last year and he could give the selection plenty to think about.
