If she continues to progress, she should be hard to beat. Blueberry Faygo showed plenty of dash on debut at Naas when only caught close home by the favourite. There was cut in the ground that day which will stand her in good stead for this assignment, and she gets first-time blinkers. She is a major threat. Johnny Murtagh's Revolutme can get closer in this company while Colin Keane is a notable booking for newcomer Zoom Call.

MILITARY STYLE made a more than pleasing winning start at Naas and can follow up. The War Front colt was easy to back, but kept on best to get up by a neck. The runner-up was subsequently third in Listed company, behind the very impressive Frenetic, to give depth to the form. Military Style ought to progress markedly from that debut performance, and holds Group 1 entries in August and September. After Shalaalaa won at Fairyhouse, assistant trainer Shane Lyons said that he thought he would improve plenty from it. Shalaalaaa is certainly a worthy adversary. Minaun showed ability when runner-up at 25/1 in Leopardstown, but this is a stiffer task. Arctician kept on well for third on debut at the Curragh without troubling the leaders. There is likely to be much more to come from him.

LADY PENELOPE marked herself out as a horse to follow for this campaign when reappearing to land the Listed Polonia Stakes in Naas last month. She beat several of these rivals in that race, and sets the standard with a rating of 103. She enjoys some juice in the ground, so a big run looks forthcoming. Punita Arora won in this company on seasonal reappearance at Naas. She was well behind Lady Penelope in the Polonia Stakes, however, it would be harsh to judge her on that as she was stopped in her run, and badly hampered, a furlong and a half out. You'resobeautiful, Precious Moments and Peace Charter can get in the hunt for prize money.

The lightly-raced JO BINNEY could have the scope to do better this season, and has an each-way chance. She concluded her last campaign with a solid fourth on rain-softened ground at Galway in October. The handicapper has dropped her 1lb and Siobhan Rutledge takes 7lb off her back. In addition, a hood is tried. Accladora wouldn't be winning out of turn after a pair of runner-up finishes in Naas and Gowran Park. Old Colonial got to within four lengths of top-class sprinter Sceptical in a maiden at Dundalk in November, when very heavily backed. He hasn't been seen since, and it is dangerous to read that form too literally, but he could go well in his first handicap. Global Pass grabbed his first victory in Limerick but rain wouldn't be in his favour.

ELITE CRAFT has very solid form in her locker and could collect. She started her career with fourth place in a fillies maiden at this track last summer. The winner has since been Group-3 placed. She was then fifth in a fillies' maiden at Naas won by Fancy Blue, who went onto be runner-up in the Irish 1,000 Guineas. Her latest run saw her finish second to Roca Roma in Gowran Park last month, and that winner was considered good enough to be pitched into the Group 1 Pretty Polly at the Curragh. Aidan O'Brien's War Leader, who is a full brother to Group 1 winner Lancaster Bomber, ought to be sharper for his fourth at Limerick in June. The 85-rated Too Soon To Panic hasn't been beaten far in her four outings, and looks set for another cheque. Dermot Weld's Galileo filly Federica Sophia has an Irish Oaks entry, and would be of particular interest if strong in the market on debut.

SNOW is tipped to take the step up in trip in her stride. It was notable after she won her maiden in the Curragh, last month, that Aidan O'Brien said that both her and the runner-up (Salsa who also runs here) will love going a mile and a half. Snow was then a solid second in a Leopardstown Group 3 over 10 furlongs. She is a full sister to Kew Gardens who was a St Leger winner. Yaxeni was a place behind Snow in third at Leopardstown and remains a filly of considerable potential. That was only her second career run after winning a fillies' maiden here in August. Both Snow and Yaxeni have Irish Oaks entries. There are no stamina doubts for Search For A Song as she landed the Irish St Leger last season. Dermot Weld's charge is entitled to come on for the run when unplaced in a Group 2 at the Curragh last month. She is unproven on ground as slow as this, though. The four-year-old has a host of Group 1 entries.

Mirann won nicely on debut at Gowran Park and could yet prove to be better than a handicapper. He holds a couple of big-race entries. His trainer, Johnny Murtagh, also saddles Pearl Warrior who has four victories to his name, including when last seen at Fairyhouse. MELBURNIAN was an easy winner of the October Handicap in Leopardstown and gets her ideal ground here, after missing two engagements in June because of fast ground. It's not hard to see her having a good season. Top-weight Verimli was heavily backed to make a winning Irish debut in a valuable handicap at the Curragh last month but came home in mid-division. This triple winner, from his native France, could leave that form behind.
