Bungee Jump arrives here on the back of a second-placed finish in a Listed race at Goodwood three weeks ago. That was not the strongest race for the grade but it does suggest the five-year-old is in the form of her life. That said, the vote goes to MAGICAL JOURNEY, who faced a tough task in a novice event against subsequent Royal Ascot winner Art Power on her seasonal return. James Tate's filly hit the crossbar in a Listed race as a two-year-old and a mark of 94 could prove workable. Dark Regard and Belated Breath are others to note.

SANDS OF MALI finished down the field in the Diamond Jubilee and has not been at his best for a while now but this is the weakest race that he has contested in a long time. The five-year-old was a beaten favourite in a conditions event at Hamilton last summer but he only found the high-class pair of Brando and Donjuan Triumphant too good on that occasion. A reproduction of that performance should be good enough to win this contest. Snazzy Jazzy is a consistent performer at Group 3/Listed level and could give the selection the most to think about on these terms. Bielsa remains unexposed but it is a slight concern that he has disappointed in his two biggest tests to date, when a beaten favourite in both the Portland and Wokingham.

NUITS ST GEORGES appreciated the drop in class when winning on his first outing of the year at Sandown last month and the five-year-old may well have more to offer this term after proving very consistent throughout last season. Monsieur Lambrays (second) and Theatro (third) both warrant plenty of respect based on their recent encounter at Pontefract, while Gabrial The One and Night Of Glory are others who make some appeal.

Mark Johnston has won the last two runnings of this contest and his SUBJECTIVIST, a half-brother to Sir Ron Priestley, who progressed impressively for the stable last year, makes plenty of appeal. He returned with a fine effort to place in the King George V at Royal Ascot and shaped as though the extra couple of furlongs would aid his cause. The booking of Richard Kingscote inspires further confidence, given his strong record at this venue, and he could feasibly concede weight to all of his rivals, despite this looking a very competitive race. Favorite Moon is open to plenty of improvement based on his return at Doncaster and that form was franked by the winner, Indigo Lake, who was an unlucky loser here on his next outing. To Nathaniel probably found the quick turnaround against him when not running to form at Royal Ascot and, along with Cedar Cage, who finished third behind him at Kempton, both are of interest with this step up in trip expected to suit.

Manuela De Vega's course win in the Pinnacle Stakes was given a strong boost by the runner-up, Fanny Logan, going on to win the Hardwicke at Royal Ascot. She benefited from a fine ride on that occasion, though, and she might not get away with similar tactics on this occasion, with the vote going to DAME MALLIOT instead. The daughter of Champs Elysees was reported to have run flat when disappointing in the Park Hill at Doncaster but she had been hugely progressive before that, winning in this grade at Deauville in August, and she won't mind any cut in the ground. Antonia De Vega, a winner on her return at Pontefract, and Cabaletta, the sole three-year-old in the line up, appeal most of the remainder.

The Duke Of Edinburgh Stakes first and second, SCARLET DRAGON and Deja, lock horns once again and, despite a 7lb rise, Alan King's charge is backed to again come out on top. The seven-year-old was still full of running at the finish on that occasion and the booking of Cieren Fallon reduces his weight burden by a handy 3lb. Deja is a consistent performer and is sure to be thereabouts, while Le Don De Vie and Indianapolis, fourth and fifth in the aforementioned Ascot contest, come into calculations too on revised terms. The latter of that pair was fourth in this last season, while Mark Johnston looks to enhance his fine record in the race with Star Of The East, The Trader and Hochfeld. Laafy impressed at Newbury and is another to consider, likewise recent course winner Babbo's Boy and Palavecino, who has thrived on the all-weather of late.

Course-and-distance winner LINCOLN PARK was beaten by less than a length when second at Chelmsford recently and has a strong chance of going one better off just a 1lb higher mark. Greenside ran well in the Buckingham Palace at Royal Ascot and is respected in this weaker heat, while Three Saints Bay was denied by a neck at Musselburgh earlier this week and also appears competitively treated.

ZIM BABY didn't mind a little bit of cut in the ground when romping to a seven-length success at Thirsk earlier this week and could make light work of a 6lb penalty with the forecast conditions expected to suit. Bankawi was a winner at the same venue last time and enters calculations, despite a 5lb rise, with Beverley fourth Lexi The One also shortlisted. Maurice Dancer was beaten by just a neck at Wolverhampton last month and is only 2lb higher now, while stablemate Proclaimer was a winner when last sighted in December and is also respected with Kevin Stott taking the ride.
