Spectrum Of Light and Wise Glory are both unexposed and progressive, and it would be no surprise to see either of them take a hand in the finish. Group One Power and Arthurian Fable are closely matched on their Royal Ascot form and they complete the shortlist.

This does not appear to be the strongest of races and that means that a chance can be taken on EEH BAH GUM. Tim Easterby's gelding has dropped 2lb below his last winning mark and he may still have needed his most recent outing in a competitive contest at Ayr. Lomu finished a couple of places in front of the selection on that occasion and is an obvious threat once again. Celsius disappointed at Haydock but he didn't get a lot of luck.

SAEIQA displayed plenty of promise on his debut and then outran odds of 25/1 to finish third in the Coventry at Royal Ascot. It will obviously take a big performance to beat the son of Shalaa if he reproduces that form here. Magical Land found 6f too sharp on his debut over 6f on the Rowley Mile and it is a credit to the son of Frankel that he stayed on into second. The extra furlong will help him a lot and he should also benefit from the experience. Youth Spirit and Yibir are others who can take a step forward after their first outings, while Naval Crown and Meritorious are the pick of the newcomers.

PRESIDENTIAL shaped well when sixth in the Silver Hunt Cup at Royal Ascot and the cut back to 7f, a trip which he won over on his return at Doncaster, combined with a drop in class can see Roger Fell's gelding back to winning ways. Breanski's recent third at Redcar puts him in the reckoning, while Herculean is an interesting contender on his first start for Stuart Williams.

DANDALLA was a very impressive winner of the Albany Stakes at Royal Ascot, scoring by six lengths, and Karl Burke's filly sets a tough standard for her opponents to aspire to if in the same form. Time Scale won nicely in Listed company on the Rowley Mile and she warrants plenty of respect along with More Beautiful, who was a disappointing ninth in the Queen Mary, and Hala Hala Hala, who has the services of Frankie Dettori in the saddle.

HOLY KINGDOM has continued to improve and made it two on the bounce when awarded the race in the stewards' room on the Rowley Mile. The four-year-old doesn't appear to have hit his limit yet and a 4lb rise might not be enough to stop him completing the hat-trick. Sam Cooke won in smooth fashion on his handicap debut at Chester in May of last year, but has clearly had issues since. He remains fairly treated off a 7lb higher mark, while the Mark Johnston pair Themaxwecan and Cape Coast appeal most of the remainder.

ENEMY finished his race well when fourth in the Britannia at Royal Ascot and now upped a couple of furlongs, is fancied to relish this test of stamina off the same mark. Mark Johnston does well at this meeting and the presence of Frankie Dettori on board the penalised Overwrite catches the eye, while Lucander was unlucky not to win a good handicap at Haydock just over two weeks ago. Kipps is consistent but looked like winning the last twice and didn't.

The forecast rain probably isn't good news for Terebellum, though she is undoubtedly the form pick having finished second in the Queen Anne and deserves to be favourite. One Master goes up in trip but is probably at her best over 7f, while Magic Wand ran well for fourth in the Eclipse last weekend and it is no surprise to see her turned back out quickly. NAZEEF just did enough in the Duke Of Cambridge at the Royal meeting, showing plenty of class, and it wouldn't be a surprise at all if she took another leap forward here for John Gosden.
