ZAISAN has displayed promise in two starts for Archie Watson and, with the in-form Paul Mulrennan booked to ride, the two-year-old is fancied to shed his maiden tag at the third time of asking. The Siyouni colt tries 7f for the first time, and that is expected to suit based on what he has shown so far. Eagle's Realm looked to have a future when third on debut at Wolverhampton, while Fast Moon is a half-brother to a two-year-old winner and may prove best of the newcomers.
Prediction : 1st Zaisan 2nd Eagles Realm 3rd Fast Moon

POET'S MAGIC caught the eye when third at Musselburgh four days ago on stable debut for John Quinn and could get off the mark at the 13th time of asking. Drying ground would help the four-year-old, and she is fancied to defy a wide draw in stall 12. The Big House beat House Deposit (second) at Catterick earlier this month and is expected to confirm that form, while My Boy Lewis has found just one too good the last twice and is also noted.
Prediction : 1st Poets Magic 2nd The Big House 3rd My Boy Lewis

Right Action should be competitive after his Thirsk success three weeks ago despite a 6lb rise, while Jackhammer will have entered a few notebooks when fourth at Hamilton last month after a long absence and is worth a market check. ERICH BLOCH lost his way for Ger Lyons in Ireland, but made a solid stable debut for Roger Fell when third at Beverley last time out and should have come on for that. A mark of 75 is fair and a draw in stall seven should be perfect.
Prediction : 1st Erich Bloch 2nd Right Action 3rd Jackhammer

Stars In The Night has been unlucky to bump into a few nice types in her short career so far, but shaped as though a step up in trip would be required when last seen finishing second at Beverley. The three-year-old hasn't been granted that today, and might just be outpaced by CUBAN AFFAIR. Second at Redcar over 6f on her reappearance recently, the Clipper Logistics-owned filly showed plenty of early pace to lead and won't mind this drop to the minimum distance. Rockingham Jill can prove best of the remainder.
Prediction : 1st Cuban Affair 2nd Stars In The Night 3rd Rockingham Jill

ABATE has been in top form since the restart and only a head away form making it back-to-back victories when a beaten favourite last time. He now steps up in trip off a 2lb higher mark, but must have leading claims once again with apprentice Danny Redmond removing a valuable 5lb. Iain Jardine's Glory Fighter has made the podium on both outings so far this summer and must be respected off the same rating. Mr Wagyu (first) was a neck ahead of Be Proud (second) when they met over course and distance last month and John Quinn's five-year-old ran better than the result would suggest when sent off a well-backed favourite at Doncaster recently.
Prediction : 1st Abate 2nd Glory Fighter 3rd Mr Wagyu

GLEN FORCE is yet to finish outside of the podium positions in his short career, including in two handicaps since the restart, and the switch to maiden company and the application of first-time cheekpieces could be the key to unlocking a first career victory. Parent's Prayer raced too freely when a beaten favourite at Yarmouth recently, but was a promising second to the highly-regarded Musidora Stakes third Ricetta on debut before that, which looks smart form. Secret Moment appeared in need of the experience when fourth on debut at Chepstow, but there was some useful operators ahead of him on that occasion and improvement can't be ruled out.
Prediction : 1st Glen Force 2nd Parents Prayer 3rd Secret Moment

Nothing went right for BAVARDAGES when sent off favourite at Beverley recently, getting upset in the stalls before being slowly away and subsequently clipping heels and unseating his rider only 3f into the contest. A line can be put through that nightmare at the East Yorkshire track and his form on the all-weather before that entitles him to be right in the mix here. Spiritofthenorth was a runner-up at the same venue on his handicap bow and has to be respected following a 3lb rise, while Moxy Mares was a silver medallist over this trip on his return at Leicester and is just 1lb higher now.
Prediction : 1st Bavardages 2nd Spiritofthenorth 3rd Moxy Mares

20:30 Ayr

DONNACHIES GIRL was a beaten favourite when third over two miles at Musselburgh recently and the drop back in trip could help Alistair Whillans' seven-year-old better that effort and take advantage of a workable mark. Three Castles is a useful dual-purpose performer and the course winner could prove well treated judged on the pick of his form on the Flat. Alexanderthegreat made a pleasing reappearance from a year and a half off the track when fourth at Redcar last month and is another to consider off the same rating.
Prediction : 1st Donnachies Girl 2nd Three Castles 3rd Alexanderthegreat
