SNOWFALL really caught the eye when finishing third to Frenetic and Mother Earth over an inadequate trip on her debut at Navan last month. The daughter of Deep Impact was then badly interfered with over C&D three weeks ago and she can be given another chance this afternoon. Sister Rosetta finished second in the most recent of those contests and she is likely to be the main threat to the selection. April Showers and Loch Lein lack race experience but they merit consideration given their pedigrees. Prediction : 1st Snowfall 2nd Sister Rosetta 3rd April Showers

SONAIYLA collected Listed honours against her own sex at Cork earlier this month and could defy a big weight to go in again here for Paddy Twomey. A six-figure purchase out of Mick Halford's yard last winter, the four-year-old looks a shrewd buy and won't mind going back up in trip. Music To My Ears beat a smart filly over further here last time and remains well handicapped, while Orchid Gardens (fourth) was behind her last time but has plenty of scope for improvement.Prediction : 1st Sonaiyla 2nd Music To My Ears 3rd Orchid Gardens

Aidan O'Brien has won five of the last seven renewals of this contest and saddles a strong duo in Mother Earth, a Group 3 winner at Naas on her latest start, and More Beautiful, a half-sister to Saxon Warrior who attempts to bounce back from a slightly disappointing effort at Royal Ascot. However, the pair will need to be at their best to stop FRENETIC, who was a runaway winner of a Listed contest here over 5f last month and the extra furlong is unlikely to inconvenience Ger Lyons' filly.Prediction : 1st Frenetic 2nd Mother Earth 3rd More Beautiful

Make A Challenge has a real love affair with this venue and Denis Hogan's progressive sprinter landed his fourth track victory when taking the Listed Midsummer Sprint Stakes last weekend. He seems sure to be thereabouts once again, but preference is for the raiding A'ALI, who was back to his best when taking the Group 3 Coral Charge at Sandown. Simon & Ed Crisford's three-year-old was a top performer at two and has the chance to establish himself as one of the sprint division's best operators. Southern Hills can't be ignored dropping back in trip, while Naas runner-up Rapid Reaction and Jessie Harrington's filly Punita Arora both hold place possibilities. Prediction : 1st Aali 2nd Make A Challenge 3rd Southern Hills

LEMISTA has returned in rude health for Ger Lyons this year and backed up her Group 3 win at Naas in March with a Listed victory at Gowran last month. Ger Lyons' charge could face stern resistance from Leopardstown Group 3 scorer One Voice, though the latter is dropping back from 1m 2f so she may just have her measure. Lovelier and Ridenza have shown enough ability to merit inclusion on the shortlist and look the most likely contenders for the bronze medal.Prediction : 1st Lemista 2nd One Voice 3rd Lovelier

Fame And Acclaim returns to handicap company after winning a rated race with ease at Cork. He's now 12lb higher than when second at Naas earlier this month, while prolific handicap winner Star Of Cashel is up a total of 25lb for his three successes. There are some unexposed types lurking lower down the list, including Dermot Weld's Baraniya, a winner at Roscommon last time, and FRANK ARTHUR. Ger Lyons' gelding has improved with each of his three runs and did the job well at Roscommon last time. A mark of 81 might underestimate him.Prediction : 1st Frank Arthur 2nd Baraniya 3rd Star Of Cashel

Monaasib took giant strides forward from his first to second start and may improve again for the fitting of a tongue-tie, while first-time blinkered Hyde Park Barracks and Joseph O'Brien's Magnanimous also bring solid form to the table. Any market support for the Ger Lyons/Colin Keane representative Anjalawi could well be worth noting, but a chance is taken on another newcomer in the shape of LAY IT OUT. This daughter of Oasis Dream cost 120,000 euros as a yearling and represents a stable that have been flying with their juvenile runners so far this season. Prediction : 1st Lay It Out 2nd Monaasib 3rd Hyde Park Barracks

PULSE OF SHANGHAI was tried over different trips last year with his sole victory coming over 5f at Down Royal last August. His subsequent effort in a handicap saw him bump into a well-treated rival here over 6f and the drop to 5f could see him make a winning debut for Kieran Cotter. Powersville won well at Sligo on her latest start and has the assistance of Ben Coen's 3lb claim, while Miacomet, second at Navan earlier in the month, and Boughtinthedark appeal most of the remainder.Prediction : 1st Pulse Of Shanghai 2nd Powersville 3rd Miacomet
