GRACELAND and Dime A Dozen meet again after their clash behind La Sorelita at Killarney twelve days back. Dime A Dozen finished second then and she has eight lengths in hand of the fourth home, Graceland. Back nearly half a mile in trip now Graceland is fancied to turn the tables, and a first-time tongue-strap could help Gordon Elliott's charge as well. A few mistakes in the latter part of the Killarney contest did the Mastercraftsman grey no favours. Hopefully she can come on in the jumping department on her second outing over the larger obstacles. Henry de Bromhead's pair, Popong and Zarkareva, need considering, along with the likes of Lucky Phil and Rapid Response.

With his 149-rating over hurdles DAVIDS CHARM is the stand-out name here. Those wanting to take him on will legitimately point to the fact that it's late in life at nine to have his attentions turned to chasing. However he bolted up in a Grade Three hurdle at this venue in October and his class may be the decisive factor against these opponents. John Joe Walsh's stable star should be all the better of his reappearance effort here over three weeks back. It's worth remembering too that Davids Charm has a Flat rating of 94 so with a clear round of jumping he ought to be difficult to contain. He has a lengthy absence to overcome but Konitho is dangerous to underestimate. Several others have hopes of reaching the frame.

After missing out more than once, Nomanbehind is finally due to make his debut for Gavin Cromwell now. It'll be interesting to track his movements in the market and he could be a factor. He's due to run in a handicap hurdle at Kilbeggan on Friday evening so a close eye on that is required. Course winning hurdler Slainte And Thanks has a chance of following up despite her top-weight burden. At the other end of the handicap an each-way play on MR BOLT mightn't be the worst idea. Prolific in the point-to-point fields in his time, the selection is now a fifteen-year-old. However he has run well fresh in the past, and the yard had a winner when Walkers Point struck at 50/1 at Downpatrick on Wednesday.

No less than four in here for Henry de Bromhead and you'd imagine the Waterford handler might supply the answer. Two of the Knockeen horses have been there and done that when it comes to winning at Tipperary, and one of these, VISIOMAN, gets the nod. The colours of owner Alan Halsall were carried to victory by Hugh Morgan on a de Bromhead horse when The Wonky Tonk got up late to triumph at Roscommon on Monday. There could be more joy for connections now as Visioman is taken to build on a comeback fourth placing at Kilbeggan nearly three weeks ago. On his second outing for Gordon Elliott, Get Out The Gate, now tried in a chase, will be on all short-lists too.

In Your Shadow would take plenty of beating if running, however, he was due to line up at Kilbeggan on Friday evening. A patient race was ridden on the six-year-old gelding in Foxrock, and he chased the winner on the run-in before giving best by two and a quarter lengths. It was heartening to see the third home come out and win a handicap chase in Wexford a couple of weeks later. If he wins that beginners' chase at Kilbeggan, he would be ineligible for this race. This could be MINELLA UNITED's game. He didn't cut much ice over hurdles, but it is worth noting that the point-to-point he was runner-up in is working out well. He is in good hands and will know his job. Shamad could go well on chasing debut. He is a good jumper who has been in decent nick over hurdles since racing resumed. He came in second in a pair of handicap hurdles at Bellewstown earlier in the month. Bellewstown handicap hurdle winner Important Message is another to consider on his first crack at fences.
