MINELLA WARRIOR boasts winning course form on the hurdles track and is expected to leave behind a lacklustre effort on his last chase effort, when last sighted in November, now he's had the benefit of a break. Darling Maltaix should be thereabouts if building on his recent third at Newbury, while chase debutant Sirobbie could be sharper for his reappearance spin over timber and Young Wolf can't be discounted either on his fencing bow for a yard among the winners.

GET BACK GET BACK had a pipe-opener on the Flat at Wolverhampton before finishing a creditable third over C&D last time and is expected to mount another bold bid off an unchanged rating. Twin Star picked up minor money off this mark over 2m1f at Newton Abbot when sent off favourite earlier in the month and is expected to finish on the premises, though the main danger may be C&D winner Chef De Troupe if he's ready to fire on his first outing of the year.

Mercian Prince made a winning seasonal debut over hurdles at Bangor recently and he merits the utmost respect having been dropped significantly since his last appearance over fences. That said, the marginal preference is for WESTERN MILLER, who accounted for a good field when winning at Doncaster in January and he is only 5lb higher. Others to consider are Solar Impulse, Monsieur Gibraltar and Knockgraffon.

MANTOVANI arguably put in a career best over hurdles when finishing third at Market Rasen a couple of weeks ago and he could be hard to beat off a 2lb lower mark in this moderate contest. Double Court won three times during the summer last year and he should not be underestimated, while Mega Double and Airton are arguably the pick of the remainder.

THE HAPPY CHAPPY narrowly failed to land a gamble when second here earlier this month, but he chased down a game winner bravely in the closing stages and could claim compensation here under Bryony Frost. The slight drop in distance should help the nine-year-old, who races without blinkers again, and he can prove too strong for Midnight Magic, who was fifth in that same event here and is now 1-23. Hurricane Arcadio wasn't at his best at Kempton in March but could bounce back.

TRAIN HILL won one of these at Limerick last month when trained by Henry de Bromhead and looks the obvious one to beat now starting life in the UK for Charlie Longsdon. Raiff is related to a few Flat winners and should have enough pace to be competitive, while Mini Crest was fifth here 17 days ago and will be expected to improve.
