POLASTRI was a promising second at Catterick on debut and Richard Fahey's Mayson filly won't need to find much improvement to open her account here as she drops to the minimum distance. Mark Johnston saddles two in Twilight Lucy and newcomer Chica Bonita, who cost 82,000 guineas and warrants a market inspection. George Scott's 35,000-pound buy Khabib is another debutant to keep an eye on.
Prediction : 1st Polastri 2nd Chica Bonita 3rd Khabib

FOOTSTEPSTOTHEHART sets a good standard on the back of two respectable placed efforts so far and the Camacho colt can confirm Hamilton form over Jedd O'Keeffe's Jianzi on the way to landing this. Humid didn't have the smoothest passage when fourth at Catterick on debut and could be an improver, while newcomer Artorious cost 55,000 pounds as a yearling and is respected for a yard which does well with their youngsters.
Prediction : 1st Footstepstothehart 2nd Humid 3rd Artorious

MR ORANGE has a fine record here, with five of his nine career wins coming over this track and trip, and is backed to return to his best off a mark 5lb lower than when taking this contest last season. The selection's stablemate War Whisper was not beaten far into fourth here over 5f recently and is interesting now upped to 6f off a 2lb lower rating. Kindly is only 5lb higher than when winning at Hamilton last time and is respected, while Swift Approval hit the crossbar at Newmarket and is another to note.
Prediction : 1st Mr Orange 2nd Kindly 3rd Swift Approval

ISOLA BELLA MAY has displayed potential in four career starts for Jedd O'Keeffe and seems to have been located a nice opening to shed the maiden tag. The three-year-old outran 20-1 odds to finish fifth at Doncaster earlier this month, staying on well after being denied a clear run two furlongs out, and could build on that now upped slightly in trip. Little Ted couldn't land the hat-trick at Haydock when third recently but still shaped with promise, while Back From Dubai could improve now making his handicap debut.
Prediction : 1st Isola Bella May 2nd Little Ted 3rd Back From Dubai

HIGHWAYGREY absolutely hacked up over C&D last week and is fancied to take some stopping once more despite his new mark coming into effect. Up 3lb for his prior second at Beverley and with a 5lb penalty to shoulder, the four-year-old might still have a bit in hand and will appreciate the drying ground. Sudona wasn't at her best at Ripon earlier this month but should appreciate this drop in trip, while Baryshnikov might prove best of the remainder.
Prediction : 1st Highwaygrey 2nd Sudona 3rd Baryshnikov

Single never looked like justifying favouritism at Beverley last time out and needs to be treated with a bit of caution now, while Frankenstella came under pressure a long way out when second on the Westwood earlier this month and might need even further than this mammoth trip. It might be worth taking a chance on MAISON D'OR, who represents a yard which does well in the staying races here. The six-year-old won over hurdles in November and shaped well on his reappearance on the level when fourth at Catterick.
Prediction : 1st Maison DOr 2nd Frankenstella 3rd Single

Squelch has an obvious chance having won twice last month but she finds herself in stronger company off a career-high mark. With that in mind, the vote goes to GROVEMAN, who struggled in a competitive contest at Ripon a week ago but he met trouble in running on a couple of occasions that day. Prior to that the five-year-old accounted for a decent field at Thirsk and he is just 3lb higher. Others to note are Elector and Dream With Me.
Prediction : 1st Groveman 2nd Squelch 3rd Elector

PLEASURE GARDEN has been a typical three-year-old improver from the Sir Mark Prescott yard in recent weeks and he was last seen winning at Chepstow 10 days ago. The son of Union Rags is 3lb well-in, despite carrying a 6lb penalty, and is hard to oppose. Hammy End has been running well in defeat of late and he should be in the mix once again, while Spanish Persuader and Monsaraz complete the shortlist.
Prediction : 1st Pleasure Garden 2nd Hammy End 3rd Spanish Persuader
