Every chance that this could work out to be a strong maiden. EMANIYA ran a nice race on debut at the Curragh behind Thursday's Silver Flash fourth Snowfall, keeping on for fifth without being given a hard time. This Moyglare Stakes' entry can improve past the fourth, April Showers, and go close with the extra furlong likely to suit. Beagnach Sasta ran creditably against colts at Leopardstown and Ahandfulofsummers is also a Moyglare entrant and open to plenty of improvement after a fair debut effort. Found's full-sister Divinely may not have enjoyed heavy ground when beaten at odds-on on her second start and can't be discounted, while Irish Derby winner Santiago's sister La Joconde and 'barrier trial' winner Light Of My Eyes are also of interest.
Prediction : 1st Emaniya 2nd April Showers 3rd Divinely

The Showcasing filly PETITE AMIE was pitched into a Listed race on debut over this course and distance and acquitted herself creditably, finishing in front of the more experienced Mooneista. The form hasn't been boosted by the three that were in front of her but, with a stands' side draw likely to be an advantage, she can go well back in maiden company.Hyde Park Barracks has been placed a couple of times but looks beatable at this stage in second-time blinkers, while the maiden in which Larado finished down the field on debut has produced a lot of winners and he's of interest down in trip with first-time headgear. Stribling and Minsky were first and second in a recent 'barrier trial' which will stand to them here in terms of experience, but Sloane Peterson may not be totally suited by this sharp 'five' after keeping on well over a furlong further on her debut at the Curragh.
Prediction : 1st Petite Amie 2nd Hyde Park Barracks 3rd Stribling

NORDIC PASSAGE continues to defy the handicapper and connections could well have a Stakes sprinter on their hands before too long. He's a strong traveller when he gets cover and a good pace to aim at, and he has a handy knack of not winning by too far so he looks to have a good chance of overcoming a 4lbs rise for his latest win at the Curragh. Strong Johnson has had an excellent season as well, and he can reverse form from Navan with Tide Of Time who might prefer a stiffer finish than he'll get at this venue. Of the three-year-olds, Wheels On Fire got to within a length or so of the classy A'ali last year at Doncaster and he can't be ruled out dropping into handicap company, while there could be more to come from speedy front-runner Elzaamone who should be suited by this flat track.
Prediction : 1st Nordic Passage 2nd Strong Johnson 3rd Wheels On Fire

A very open-looking Listed race and SOUL SEARCH gets the vote in the hope that first-time blinkers eke out a bit more improvement in her. The daughter of Zoffany had good form behind the likes of Alpine Star and Love last year and ran well in a listed event here last month over the same distance. She split Unforgetable and Silk Forest on that occasion, but the margins were very tight indeed. Maybe the first-time headgear can see her emerge best of that trio this time. Ridenza can be given a chance on the promise of her first run this year behind Know It All at Leopardstown, while Current Option is a high-class handicapper who gets his first crack at a Stakes race here. Smash Williams is generally competitive at this level, but hasn't really fired so far this term and was behind Could Be King last time at Naas.
Prediction : 1st Soul Search 2nd Unforgetable 3rd Silk Forest

A few interesting maiden winners taking on some more established handicappers, and PEARLS GALORE could be on a fair mark after the ex-French filly scored readily on her Irish debut at Limerick. She gets the vote to continue Paddy Twomey's good season, although Jessica Harrington's fillies Maud Gonne Spirit (the choice of Shane Foley) and recent Galway winner Rocket Science are equally unexposed. Music To My Ears just failed to reel in the progressive Sonaiyla at the Curragh and is respected even with topweight, while Lady Scathach had no luck in running at Galway and that run can be ignored. She was highly progressive before that and can't be discounted while Bestrella has done little wrong so far and, fitted with first-time headgear, she might be able to make the frame.
Prediction : 1st Pearls Galore 2nd Maud Gonne Spirit 3rd Rocket Science

Things haven't fallen into place yet for J M BARRIE, but he has shaped more than once that he's handicapped to win a race of this nature. He was competitive in a few nurseries at Dundalk over the winter, and his first two starts back on Turf at Limerick were reasonably promising. He might be one that would appreciate being played very late off a good pace. Woods took a step forward last time out at Galway and is respected, while Silk Cravat is in form but still searching for a first win on Turf. Chagall beat a big field over the straight seven here last year and should be primed for a big run, while Lady Sonia's course and distance success was on the round course but this diminutive filly should give an equally good account of herself under these circumstances.
Prediction : 1st Jm Barrie 2nd Silk Cravat 3rd Chagall

FUGACIOUS went close at Dundalk last time and is well up to winning in this grade even with topweight. Johnny Feane's charge had some good efforts on Turf last year on good and soft ground, so has plenty of positives. A former stablemate of the selection, Billyfairplay rates a danger after an excellent second to Royal Canford at the Galway Festival.Kudbegood had plenty of placed form last term and could be a factor if fully tuned up on his first start since last October, while Accladora's first two runs this season would give her a chance if she can leave behind a poor run at Leopardstown. An unexposed one is Christines Angel who stayed on well at Gowran having been slowly away, and this one could be a player if breaking better on this occasion.
Prediction : 1st Fugacious 2nd Billyfairplay 3rd Kudbegood

We'll stick with Classic form here and CAYENNE PEPPER can go one place better after finishing runner-up in the Irish Oaks. Sent off favourite, she had a spell in the lead early in the straight before being outpaced late on by Even So. Jessica Harrington's filly seemed to get the trip well enough and she can confirm form with Passion, who appeared to show improved form in third after meeting some trouble in running. Tarnawa's win in this race last year was one of four achieved by the progressive daughter of Shamardal in 2019 and she escapes a penalty for her seasonal reappearance. She's very much respected, and there could be more to come from Leopardstown Listed winner Bolleville. Snapraeceps and Loveisthehigherlaw were placed here in the Munster Oaks and may again have to settle for minor honours at best.
Prediction : 1st Cayenne Pepper 2nd Tarnawa 3rd Bolleville
