TILAAWAH was never too far off the pace when making an impressive debut here to finish fourth earlier this month, and that experience should have done the 155,000gns yearling the world of good. The son of Showcasing showed plenty of early speed there and this drop to 5f is fancied to suit. Chica Bonita cost 82,000gns as a yearling and has plenty of winners on her page, while Night On Earth drops in class after finding the Group 3 Molecomb Stakes too hot to handle at Goodwood last month.
Prediction : 1st Tilaawah 2nd Chica Bonita 3rd Night On Earth

Accrington Stanley might have been flattered by his proximity to the winner when second at Bath just over a week ago, though he still ran to a reasonable enough level there and should find a race soon. City Code has shown flashes of potential in three starts so far and wears blinkers ahead of his nursery debut, but this can go the way of Michael Attwater's LOTHIAN. Fourth at Windsor on his first try over 5f last month, he was short of room at a crucial stage on that occasion and could make amends here.
Prediction : 1st Lothian 2nd Accrington Stanley 3rd City Code

PASTFACT ended a 12-race losing run when successful over C&D last month and a 3lb rise doesn't look too harsh for those exertions. The six-year-old usually reserves his best efforts for this venue, and could get a nice pace to aim at in this big field. Waqaas battled hard to claim a first win since October 2018 at Wolverhampton last month and is interesting back on turf, while Swissal returned to form when third here recently and looks handicapped to strike soon.
Prediction : 1st Pastfact 2nd Waqaas 3rd Swissal

Kinsman needs to leave behind his reappearance effort at Ascot to figure but a mark of 77 could be workable for him and he makes some appeal on his novice victory at Wolverhampton in October. Narrow preference, though, is for TOMMY ROCK, who rattled the crossbar over this trip at Leicester earlier in the month and is expected to remain competitive off this 2lb higher mark. Don't Tell Claire has been raised 6lb for winning at Sandown recently but has viable place claims, while any money for the returning Good Job Power would be notable.
Prediction : 1st Tommy Rock 2nd Kinsman 3rd Dont Tell Claire

JUMAIRA BAY was narrowly beaten in a handicap at York last time and suffered yet another defeat, but he is holding his form well nevertheless and if he runs to his official rating of 89 then he might prove too strong for his rivals on these terms. Modmin should be all the wiser for the experience gained on debut and is worth a market check on his seasonal return, while any money for Boma Green, who shaped with promise on debut for Jeremy Noseda at York last year and now debuts for a new stable, would be interesting.
Prediction : 1st Jumaira Bay 2nd Modmin 3rd Boma Green

18:30 Chepstow

LUCKYANGEL was sent off at odds of 100-1 on debut at Leicester and comfortably outran market expectations to finish second, albeit she was beaten by just over four lengths. Michael Mullineaux's filly is entitled to come on for that outing and may be able to strike at the second time of asking. Helvezia wasn't disgraced when third over 1m here on debut but took a backward step at HQ last time. The returning Must Be An Angel has undergone wind surgery since she was last sighted and along with El Ray, who sports a first-time tongue-tie, is also worth considering.
Prediction : 1st Luckyangel 2nd Must Be An Angel 3rd El Ray

19:00 Chepstow

PRETTY PICKLE improved markedly for a first-time hood when finishing second at Yarmouth and should have more to offer. Willa brings good form to the table represent a powerful stable and will prove popular, but the main danger to the selection is Oksana Astankova, who won at Lingfield on her seasonal bow and wasn't disgraced when third at Windsor last time.
Prediction : 1st Pretty Pickle 2nd Oksana Astankova 3rd Willa

19:30 Chepstow

Connections of BROWN HONEY have found their daughter of Farhh a great opening in this moderate handicap and she can shed the maiden tag if building on her latest second over the trip at Haydock. She now has the assistance of crack 3lb claimer Cieren Fallon in the saddle and is taken to prove too strong for Carey Street and Rotherwick.
Prediction : 1st Brown Honey 2nd Rotherwick 3rd Carey Street

20:00 Chepstow

NIGHT TIME GIRL got off the mark in this company at Wolverhampton recently, on just her second start in a handicap, and strikes as the type who has a lot more to offer. Now the mount of Cieren Fallon, she should be fine switching to turf for the first time and gets the nod ahead of Island Nation and Competition.
Prediction : 1st Night Time Girl 2nd Island Nation 3rd Competition
