RISK TAKER has an attractive, unexposed profile and could be the answer in this competitive handicap. The form of his impressive 7f Haydock success looks rock solid with the second, third and eighth from that contest all winning since and he looks capable of defying a 9lb hike in the ratings. Confide is the least exposed member of the line-up and has done little wrong in three starts thus far, building on his debut success with solid placed efforts at Thirsk and York. He is shortlisted along with Aweedram and Barossa Red, who finished second and third respectively in a 0-95 handicap at Haydock last month.

Lexington Dash didn't have much luck at Goodwood last time and he had been running consistently well prior to that, so deserves another chance. River Nymph, Zhui Feng and Mottrib add further spice to the race.

RHYTHMIC INTENT may have found conditions a little on the fast side when fourth at Newmarket last time, but if there is any juice lingering in the ground this afternoon then he could bounce back to form. He makes plenty of appeal on his preceding victory on good to soft ground at York. Space Walk knuckled down well when scoring over 1m6f at Haydock last time and can fight it out with Frontispiece and Perfect Arch for the silver medal.

CAROLINE DALE was third over this trip in the Queen Mary at Royal Ascot and ran well for a long way over 6f in a Group 3 race won by stablemate Santosha when she returned to the Berkshire track latest. The drop back to 5f appears in her favour this afternoon and she's expected to prove too strong for hat-trick seeker Miss Jingles and Sardinia Sunset, the latter of whom failed to settle when sixth in the Molecomb but makes some appeal on her preceding Listed victory at York.

Super Sprint second Jojo Rabbit won a novice contest at Wolverhampton recently and is the one expected to put up most resistance, though Shine That Light, who was stretched over 6f last time and could appreciate the return to 5f, is also expected to show up well.

Mashhoor is a half-brother to seven winners and holds an entry in next year's Derby, while Wink Of An Eye, French Conquest and Baradar are other newcomers worth noting.

Fabilis is a brother to Group 3 scorer Monarchs Glen and could be one worth tracking regardless of what happens here, while Encourage is a half-brother to a winner over this trip and represents a yard in fine form.

Without A Fight stepped forward from his debut, when third over C&D, to score at Redcar and he is likely to pose the biggest threat, while Shamaroon is expected to build on his fourth at Windsor last month.
