WEMBLEY can get his head in front here after some solid placed efforts. The Galileo colt has been beaten favourite on his last two outings but probably bumped into a couple of useful types. He was just collared late on by Blue For You at Galway on his most recent start and deserves to open his account now. Sword Zorro has been placed on both his outings and looks an obvious danger. He attempted to kick and stretch Fernando Vichi at Leopardstown last time but was reeled in by a classy looking rival. It was a good run and he is fancied to confirm the form now with Fight Zone, who stayed on to get within a length of him in third then.

SNAPRAETEREA looks a talented individual and can make it two from three here. The Buratino colt tends to run freely but he overcame plenty of greenness to score first time and ran on strongly when chasing home Bubbles On Ice at Killarney last time. The form of his latest run looks strong now with the winner finishing a commendable sixth in the Group 1 Phoenix Stakes recently. Amber Kite was a game winner at Gowran Park last time and is a likeable sort but may be bumping into a horse capable of a bit better than her official mark of 84. Elysium has a rating of 86 and is another that has to come into calculations. She was a solid third in a similar contest at Leopardstown last month.

BIG WHITE CHIEF and Teed Up are two of the first to catch the eye here. Given that Big White Chief has fared better on the draw, from box two, he's given the nod ahead of Teed Up. The latter is berthed out in eleven, though with two good runs under his belt Ken Condon's runner may have the know-how to negate that potential disadvantage. Big White Chief's conqueror at Limerick, Call Me Rocky, has gone on to perform creditably from a mark of 80 in a Galway festival handicap. One would have thought that the selection can only come on for the experience gained at Greenmount Park, and any improvement is going to at least put him there or thereabouts.

DARKENED beat The Mpex Kid by a neck at the Galway festival. The Mpex Kid is a nice horse for this level, and Dot Love's charge was due to put the form to the test at Cork on Sunday. Darkened got seven pounds for his Ballybrit win, a meeting at which he'd finished second a couple of days previous. If recovered from that busy spell the Dark Angel gelding should contend strongly from his rail-side draw in stall one. Darkened's trainer Denis Hogan also has Lincoln in the field, and the Tipperary handler isn't the only one with dual representation as Jessica Harrington fields Rocket Science and Ocean Monarch whilst Ger Lyons has Frank Arthur and Whoareyouanyway in the mix. These are all contenders, as is course and distance winner Mean Fomhair.

To the surprise of some YOUCEEYOUCEECEE was not alone able to cope with good ground, but go and win on it at Cork last time. The Rock Of Gibraltar gelding is eight now. He's obviously got plenty of enthusiasm for the job still though, and he's surely set for a big performance here off bottom-weight. He's twice a course and distance winner. At the other end of the experience scale Ramiro is a danger to all on the back of a pleasing Cork effort. A negative for him is that he's drawn out in stall seventeen. Trainer of Ramiro, John Murphy, also has Fall For A Kiss, and she must be considered given that Colin Keane has been booked for the spin. There are many others that would appear capable of taking a hand as well, in what looks an open enough heat all told.

MONA'S STAR stayed on well for third at Leopardstown last time and the Sea The Stars gelding appears to be gradually improving with racing. Shane Foley is on board again and will know his mount a little better this time. The standout piece of form is obviously Kipling's second to stablemate Lope Y Fernandez at the Curragh last summer, but he's been off over a year and might be better for this outing. Bligh has had two solid runs in handicaps off marks in the 70s and should be thereabouts, while the well-bred Natchez Trace takes a big step up in trip after a fair debut effort over a mile. Starlight Dream showed improvement when third at Down Royal and is another to consider.

CALL ME DOLLY was checked at a vital time coming out of the dip in Galway behind Dark Voyager and wasn't given a hard time afterwards. Previously second at Limerick, she can reverse Galway form with Grace To Grace and gain a first career success. Shumaker has won his last two on the Flat and should still be competitive despite a big hike in his rating, while L'un Deux Trois and Conor Hogan are closely matched on Leopardstown running behind Happy Company. Mountain Fox was just outstayed over 2m at Tramore on Saturday and will be better suited by this trip, while El Tren was in fine form last autumn but has a long lay-off to overcome.
