GYTO's Sunday notebook double pays 10/1.

This looks a great chance for PAPA TANGO CHARLY to bring up the hat-trick for Jonjo O’Neill. This expensive purchase is finally making up for lost time and motored clear to win by 12 lengths on chase debut here back in October. He was bought to jump a fence and ran out an impressive winner last time so a 10lb rise shouldn’t be enough to anchor him. He is unexposed and in all honesty, I’m surprised the traders priced him up at 15/8 (already into 13/8) as that looks generous. He looks a cut above this field and I’ll be surprised if he is beaten. Whoshotthesheriff is a bit of a frustrating horse for me as when he is good he is quite impressive but he blew out at Wetherby last time and has enough to prove now. Well Above Par is a good looker who has won 2 of his last 3 so might be the biggest danger to the selection.
14:25 Southwell
The unexposed CUP OF COFFEE can follow up at Southwell on Sunday. She really impressed turning over long odds-on fav Rainyday Woman at Ludlow. There seemed no fluke about that performance and with the second winning by 11 lengths since the form has been strongly franked. An opening mark of 114 is stiff enough but she has potential to keep improving and I’m surprised she is as big as 10/3 against these. Peltwell is obviously on a real roll at present but she is up another 5lb and the weight increase is going to catch up with her at some point. Laura Bullion shouldn’t be underestimated as she is running well and I can see her getting competitive. Table Mountain finished down the field on the Flat when last seen but was second in this sphere at Huntingdon. Still think she will need more to land a blow.
