GYTO's Sunday notebook double pays 12/1.
Obviously quite a few unknowns in here but I was impressed with the way ESTACAS won on debut at Ascot in October last year. I thought he won despite a horse clearly showing signs of inexperience and with that initial effort under his belt better can be expected again. I think the fact he still managed to win that race the last day says a lot about the potential he brings to the table. He was outpaced early but really found his stride late and stayed on strongly in the closing stages. That form has been well advertised since with the fourth Firestream looking a nice horse winning by 11 lengths at Exeter next time out. The danger looks to be Our Jester who deserved to win after a couple of good efforts and he can progress again but the second Dream In The Park has been beaten on hurdles debut since.
There's been lots to like about GIVE ME A MOMENT since he has joined this yard and he chased home two progressive types in Representing Bob and Rapid Raider before deservedly getting his head back in front at Catterick last time. He smashed the opposition by 13 lengths and while this is tougher his form stacks up and he has more to offer himself and I think he’s going to run a huge race. Fearless is the main danger judging by the betting but he has spurned a couple of good opportunities already and I think he needs more although Sean Bowen is a good jockey booking. Fantastic Lady looks a work in progress but if she improves that would bring her into it. Lady Of The Night should make a chaser and also has to enter calculations if putting that disappointing Ludlow run behind her.
