The way RADETZKY MARCH (best price 7/4) jumped en route to bolting up on chase debut at Fakenham last time was mightily impressive with with further improvement on the cards I think he has found a good opportunity to follow up. He relished the switch to chasing and the step up in trip last time and clearly has a bright future. Conditions will be testing but he looked to enjoy himself the last day so I don’t see that being a negative. Out The Glen is probably the danger having won at Leicester but he failed to back that up at Fontwell. He likely still has more to offer though so should be thereabouts again. No Hubs No Hoobs has proved an expensive proposition for me to follow so I’m opposing this afternoon. He’ll need to step forward now tackling fences in a first-time tongue strap to get competitive here.

The unbeaten LOVE ENVOI (best price 15/8) looks one to keep firmly on side for Harry Fry. She lowered the colours of Nurse Susan in a good novice hurdle at Lingfield last month and while this is tougher again stepping into Grade 2 company now she looks a mare heading in the right direction. She looks to have a perfect blend of speed and stamina and mix that with how efficient she is over her hurdles makes her a tough horse to peg back. She remains open to further improvement and I think she’ll go in again. Nina The Terrier is likeable and only went down half a length to Haute Estime at Haydock last time. She should be in there pitching along with the latter but I think they both need to find something extra to cope with this favourite. Speech Bubble best of the rest in a strong renewal.
