GYTO Monday Value Tip

With more to come over a mile and a half SCARBOROUGH CASTLE looks good value to get back to winning ways at Wolverhampton on Monday night. He clearly found the drop back in trip counting against him here last month and certainly wasn’t disgraced beaten just 4 lengths at the line. He runs here off the same mark and with Hayley Turner taking over in the saddle I think this looks a good opportunity for him to resume his progression. He remains unexposed to an extent and I think he could still turn out to be a fair bit better than his current mark. He needs to be delivered late so hopefully the pace doesn’t collapse too soon. The danger looks to be Seagulls Nest even though she still remains a maiden. That second at Newcastle on penultimate start would put her right in the mix. Avarice is on a long losing run but has also been running well enough to make his presence felt here.
