GYTO Wednesday Notebook Tips

I’m sticking with a horse in-form for our first Notebook runner on Wednesday. DEMBE is chasing a hat-trick after clocking a career best over 7f at Wolverhampton last month. That was a very convincing performance and up just 4lb I think connections have found a good chance for him to go in again. He remains unexposed back up to a mile and with a good pace to run down he should be finishing best under Rossa Ryan. Poetic Force was back to form winning a claimer last time and has to be respected but I think Eloso could pose a greater threat. He impressed at Dundalk when last seen and if ready to roll on debut for his new yard following a break he should give the favourite something to think about at least. Rhubarb Bikini is quite a big price but it all depends what version turns up today so enough to prove on the balance.

The five-timer looks on the cards for ALMUFEED at Kempton tonight. This horse is on a real high at the moment again justifying strong support to win readily here last month. He is up another 6lb so has now gone up a total of 23lb since his winning run started but I still like what I’m seeing and I don’t think he is done improving yet. Grace McEntee has developed a good partnership with him riding him to success on all of the last 4 times and she is decent value for her 3lb claim. The danger looks to be Allowed who is also in good form arriving chasing a hat-trick now. She won going away over track and trip last month and even up 8lb looks sure to get competitive again. Diamond Bay won 3 in a row before bumping into Bascule over C&D and that is very strong form so he also has to be given a second look back from a break.
