Slip Of The Tongue is obviously a bright prospect himself but his jumping does worry me somewhat and now 4lb worse off with DEPLOY THE GETAWAY I think the latter can reverse that recent form. The penny really seemed to drop when he bolted up in a maiden hurdle at Down Royal and while he couldn’t quite hold off Slip Of The Tongue at Punchestown last time I think this track will suit him better and that coupled with the swing in the weights is enough for me to put him forward as a confident selection. He has only had four starts over hurdles so remains open to further improvement and with Mullins going so well hopes will be high he can get back in the winner's enclosure. Vina Ardanza impressed winning on hurdles debut at Thurles and with more to come is comfortably best of the rest. This should throw up some nice types going forward.

Jungle Jack had no problem bringing up the hat-trick here last month defying a double penalty in the process but he might just be bumping into one here in the shape of HARBOUR LAKE. Alan King’s 6yo looked a promising horse winning on debut at Wetherby and backed that up to land cramped odds at the same venue back in December. He was brought down by Wonderwall when beginning to look held in the Sidney Banks but that was a very hot race and he will find this a great deal easier. An opening mark of just 126 should be well within reach and I think he is a danger to all here under Tom Cannon. Ulverston has plenty of experience to draw upon and was pitched into a decent race at Uttoxeter last month so could also show up well but he is up against a fair bit of potential here so is likely to need more.
